Monday.com re shaped the way we do work and project management
What do you like best about the product?
I have had the opportunity to explore various project management tools, and I can confidently say that monday.com stands out as a game-changer. Our agency handles a diverse range of clients, from restaurants and event companies to physiotherapy clinics and more, requiring a versatile and efficient project management solution. monday.com has exceeded our expectations in every aspect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really! It's very efficient and works well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform seamlessly integrates with various tools and applications we already use, such as Slack, Google Drive etc. This has allowed us to consolidate our workflows and avoid the hassle of switching between multiple platforms.
One of the best project management tools available!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is user friendly, can support as a repository or project management tools, & makes it easy to collaborate with team members. I love all the extra features the tool offers for automation & column types. Our team uses it on a daily basis to help us stay aligned. It is easy to use & easy to teach to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the Kanban card view as much as similar project management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this to keep track of our clients/candidates, as a repository for keeping track of data & processes, an onboarding management tool, a project management tool, and so much more. Monday.com is so versatile that I can leverage it in multiple ways to meet the needs of our business.

Ability to customise boards for all the different areas of ou business. Exportable data that supports producing client reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the time to learn all of the features and keep up with the upgrades

A Gamechanger for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the neat colour-coded UX design and the high degree of customisation the platform offers. Being able to sort our projects by priority, status and deadline has made managing our long list of tasks much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! I think that it should be made more obvious when an update is written on a project I am assigned to — currently I just get a notification in the top right corner, but I often miss this. I think if this was more of a pop-up, I'd be less likely to miss it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a long list of graphic design projects that need to be completed, all with different deadlines, briefs and information. Monday allows us to keep track of all this and sort them by priority, making it super clear what projects I should be working on each day.

A Game Changer for Managing your Team & Projects
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly from the ground up in creating your own charts. Easy acess to share points / drives and interactive with other users from guests to administration users. Can be used as a single-point-of-communication for all projects [forget emailing and sharing 'the latest version excel' files].
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across this as yet [TBA].
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To effectively Plan, Breif, Execute and Debrief all of my projects, tasks, and tracking of air and sea shipments by providing the best and most up-to-date information to my Team.

Mondays is just an awesome platform to use. Love how customizable it is and how easy it is to use! My company will be using this for so many more years!

Honestly, I don't really have anything I dislike about it. It's pretty close to perfect!

Mondays makes things so easy to track jobs through. We have a ton of jobs that we cycle through and this makes it easy to see each one.
Super User Friendly and Customizable Software
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is awesome because it is highly customizable - we've built a CRM, financial management, contract signing, and HR system for our team, and it's been great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is highly customizable, it can get messy if you don't take a process-oriented approach to setting it up.

Simplifying my company's workflows

I'm a visual person so the layout, colour maps etc. all create a very user friendly environment.
