Sometimes the search function is confusing, would like to be able to type something in and it searches everything and populates results for everything matching the keywords in the database

Allows our teams to work cross functionally and check status updates for different tasks and projects

Design request that was coming to me via email, through Monday.com it can be solved by its request form feature
Perfect organization in the company
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility is what sets Monday.com apart. We can map almost any situation in our company in Monday.com, which other software solutions don't offer. This makes our internal organization much easier. Adding temporary guest users is also a great thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually only small, not so relevant points like e.g. the "my work" area could have more setting options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can react very quickly to new situations by customizing our boards. This allows us to maintain maximum flexibility

There are no major downfalls to using Monday.com.

Managing time and resources is a particular highlight of using monday.com in an agency

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track my different portfolio case loads and colour-log them is really useful. The automations and integrations really help when needing to send emails to different stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky to navigate around multiple boards but they are easy to transfer data between.

Being able to track different projects simultaneously is really beneficial for time and workload management.

Sometimes the review process is difficult to track in Monday.com.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a highly intuitive platform where the set of features is easy to navigate and customization via integration and personalized logos is very easy to implement. None of my queries are left unresolved, their Support is very responsive. I have frequently used the platform for automating and collaborating task flow as well! This platform is ideal for new business as it cuts a lot of workload!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no feature that cannot be accessed easily. Thus, I don't have any issues to raise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is quite an accessible platform which makes it very easy for new businesses to set up their team, assign tasks, and manage work!
