Keeps my CRM right in my hands
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to access the mobile app while I am on the run. It integrates well with my multiple emails and contacts. Keeps my marketing schedule in line and informs my team of upcoming events and updates.

What do you dislike about the product?
Couple glitches:
1. While trying to edit the columns sometimes the placement of the editing dropdown bar extend below the bottom.of the screen and I cannot delete unless I fittle with the slide bar. Minor inconvenience.
2. The integrations are not all as strong as others. My email and website integration was a little difficult to set up, however I am not an IT guru, I'm in sales. I'm sure if I called the IT dept, they would've been able to set it up quickly.

Organizing and prioritizing my time while keeping up to-date on transactional statuses. Having the mobile app has been amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com makes sure you remain detail-oriented as a project manager. It allows for in-depth task tracking so nothing is missed and timelines are always accurate. Truly the best project management software on the market. It has been great to provide several teams within my company a tool to streamline workflows. Between the Gantt chart, timeline column and other helpful features, monday.com has delivered in every way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about monday.com-it works amazingly well!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting deadlines and projecting timelines.
Using Monday feels like quitting time on Thursday...
What do you like best about the product?
I've used some other project management software for various marketing teams I've been a part of. My current team uses monday and it is by far the best one I've used. I really like all the color-coded status markers (and the use of color throughout the platform in general.) It makes it really easy to quickly keep track of what stage each of my tasks is in. I also really like it when you hit "DONE" and you get a little celebration or holiday-themed animation to celebrate your completion of something. Nice touch!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that I sometimes have trouble remembering how to create a new "Group" on one of our boards. That's probably on me, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday gives me "at a glance" updates on all of my team's projects. Having a digital checklist/mile-marker is a big time-saver. I can pretty much find an answer to any timing questions within my group in a few seconds.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com makes project management super easy. It has automations and integrations with other apps that help the team to work faster and in an organized way. Undoubtedly monday.com has incredible benefits to run the projects and the business without having to invest much effort. The learning curve to implement Monday as part of the company's process is super simple and the customer support team job is wonderful. We use the platform on a day to day basis... we work remotely and monday.com is basically our "office".
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently we have been facing issues with our management boards when they have mirror columns and board connections. It has been making part of the job quite difficult because the boards are laggin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the problems we are solving by using monday.com are the following: it helps us keep track of all our client's projects in one place, being able to coordinate what is all the team doing, the project phases, deliverables and costs of production. We are also using Monday to create personalized dashboards for our clients to see their project's progress... and lastly, we are using the tool to manage our finances and contractors' payments.

The ease to update statuses and talk to team members is really useful for my project management.
I love using Monday for CRM but also for SOP's. The breadth of customization is great.

Its seemingly unlimited use cases for project management, standard operating procedures and buiness processes.

Its a little pricey for a small-mid size business.

Monday allows me to build a customized workflow specific to the needs of my company and niche market industry.
Worked wonders for our workflow!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to keep tabs on the status of countless jobs, even with multiple people creating estimates. It is amazing! It's easy to use, and we use it constantly on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they integrated better with more software (quickbooks, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping approved work orders in plain view, communication between team members is easier, and it is helping us get jobs completed in a timely manner
All in One Project Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly the platform is. Our clients are beginning to be onboarded into monday to begin seeing the progress and status of their projects and they have been able to use and communicate directly in their workspace super easily! No more ridiculously long email chains and texts asking "Where is this at?"
What do you dislike about the product?
As a designer, I wish there was a way for the timer on tasks to notify or remind me that I have one running when I go to begin another. We use this time tracking feature to record billable hours and often find ourselves having to manually fix a timer that was left on. Also, the limitation on number of boards that can be integrated with a widget has been frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has been helpful in tracking the amount of time my team needs to complete work and accurately providing clients with hours worked on their projects to charge appropriately. It recently has also helped with communicating both internallya nd to partners about the status of their projects and if we run into any issues and need additional assets or questions to move a project along.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and easy to use. I like that it enables its users to customize what they want to keep track and how they want to automate certain tasks.
I may be the exception as I have become a go-to person within my organization where other users ask me questions about how to use Monday.com.
Together we figure out a way to best utilize Monday.com's features to suit their use-cases.
Onboarding users is very straightforward and the documentation are excellent aids with templates and video tutorials.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that can still be improved. For example, the views become very useful, but they are set to the order they were created, it would be help if those tabs could be moved around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory, project management and work flow are big use-cases in our organiztion, in addition to dashboarding for leadership to easily view status of projects.
A Game Changer for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped my team organize and execute project plans, streamline our workflow, and stay within deadlines. It's easy to build and customize plans to any type of project, and the export features make it easy to share updates with our broader team. It's also helped make our team meetings more efficient, as we now can simply bring up our Monday.com project plan and walk through our list of action items and deliverables.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to build dependencies within project tasks.
