What do you like best about the product?
Easy dashboard where you can create multiple tasks - deadlines and organize them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not seem to tie into Microsoft Outlook, it would be nice to create tasks from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating insight for the whole department in what needs to be done and what has been completed.
An Easy-to-Implement Project Management Software that Has Improved Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of implementation is probably the biggest selling feature, in my opinion. I also like the ability to duplicate boards and re-use them for various projects or team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like we could use a heck of a lot more training on how to optimize how we're using the software. We have not had any training (or any offer of training) since we upgraded to a paid membership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a multi-member team with many deliverables. Monday.com gives us a holistic view of where our various projects are at and any outstanding items.

While there are many automation solutions available on the platform, it will take some time to familiarize yourself with them all and fully utilize their potential.
