Easy in communication and task management
What do you like best about the product?
By the help of monday.com we can track the progress of our tasks , set deadlines and prioritize work effectively. This platform gives facilitiess to our tean members to communicate among other team members. It gives customizable boards to manage tasks, deadlines and team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team had nothing to dislike in this platform. We did not face any problem by using this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our team to integrates with various tool. It helps our software company to streamline process, inprove communication, and increase productivity.
Best for global export operations
What do you like best about the product?
Each lab member can observe their own activities alone through a dashboard view, and they can also view the activities of the entire team. Monday has become into a really helpful tool that helps me organise and monitor all of my activities. I also appreciate that we have a tonne of storage for my large, weight files because I'm a designer who creates mockup, PowerPoint presentations and films.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had not face any problem from this platform yet. Our team had not anything to dilike in this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing about Monday.com is that it makes it possible for our completely remote workforce, wherever they may be, to be. Instantly in sync. It's really helpful to be able to send design files to every client.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep all projecy-related data in one location facilitates remote teamwork tremendously. Everyone has easy acess to all client notes, the most recent edits, the identity of the staf member working on a project, and much more. We can operate so efficiently because of that. My vital information is conveniently located in one location for everyday usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's just too much you can do on the platform, which can be discouraging at first but becomes less severe as you get used to it. This can have a significant impact on oraganisational standards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire team is notified via a designated channel when a task is upgraded to urgent. Documenting the rational bihind specific decisions made has also been made easier with the ability to copy emails to monday.com via bcc.

What do you like best about the product?
Resource management is one of the most important features for our teamwork. Monday.com makes teamwork easy, from task delegation to monitoring individual team members' workloads. The ability to visualize who is doing what and when they are available is essential to avoid over-assignment. Smooth and effective communication is further enhanced by the ability to attach files and bring up other team members in discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better connectivity with third-party billing platforms and greater flexibility in rate sets are what we would like to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has been able to work together more successfully, handle business difficulties like deadline monitoring, and accomplish our goals together thanks to its tools and features, which range from discussions to deadlines.

In addition to answering quesrtions, three individuals collaborate in our billing department tp fpllow up on detention requests, POD requests, and docomentation requirements. monday.com helps us stay focused, organised, and capable of managing any issue that aries. i love monday's understated look. i also use and enjoy the CRM. I have no grievances. All i wanted was more time to explore and test out new features when certain plugins stop working or are supported, there is a lack of information and a tought luck we do wish that the tool included an instant messaging feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each person is aware ot thier function and who to delegate specific responsibilities to in case they arise. It restricts the number of people who can work on a task at once, increasing team productivity. since we are a global busniess, it was challenging tp globalise information from various companies prior to monday; but, as of monday, they are all uniteed togethar.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that mondays make it simple for me ro organise my work, tag othetr team members when appropriate, and make revisions and updates as deadlines alter. Not only is it a very rewarding chore to label as 'Done' at the end, but its also a terrific source if truth for project progress. assitionally, monday.com provides useful automations that let the platform notify team members via email whenever a job is modified or finishad. it is also really beneficial that the "automations" interface with a lot ot the services we already use, like zoom, google drive and gmail.

When i set up an automated to send emails to several recipients, the email is send to each recipient individually rather that all of them at once.

Monday.com is a project management and tracking platform that we utilise. we thought the usefulness and conveniense of use were good overraall. It can be difficult to successfully manage a high volume of projects manually. But monday.com solve this problem easily now we can manage multiple projects.

I use monday.com every day for work because it is very useful application that makes my workflow easier and greatly assists me with its many featurws and integration. i'm able to design and monitor manufacturing plans.
