Makes business easy
What do you like best about the product?
We love using Monday for data tracking and form filling. The platform easily works with our Google email, and makes filling forms and creating data tracking easier! We love Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered anything negative while using Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows multiple users to access forms and data collected and files the data in the right spot. It helps to keep things organized and helps track information. Monday also helps organize information and allows for document presentation.

What do you like best about the product?
What's most helpful about Monday.com is the ease of which it allows us to communicate with each other. Our workplace is very busy and we rarely are all together, so having this system in place has provided extremely easy methods of communication on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike overall. It might be nice to have a smaller fee to add users instead of going up in the tier/price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it has solved was a lack of communication among our coworkers. The ability to share information via computer & mobile devices has allowed our work environment to become much more effective.
Monday helps to organize the sales process and remain efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
The "boards" can be used by all member, so if one employee stops mid process, it is very clear where we need to pick up and continue. Organizing data into easy to find boards and adding documents and videos is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish Monday.com had less downtime / errors, every now and then Monday crashes and this causes a delay for us becasue we rely heavily on Monday.com as a holding space for data/info needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has streamlined out workflow - allowing us to add info to the board that all of our team can access and use, and there is a process laid out visually that llows everyone to follow ther sales process step by step.

What do you like best about the product?
As soon as I come to work, I open Monday.com and I like that i can clearly understand what I need to do that day. It helps me with my time management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since i have been working with monday.com i had no problem with it at all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think monday solves the problem with concentration. There are too many things to do, too many things that a person cannot fit in his head, and monday helps to organize everything and make it easier for people to work
It Can Do Anything
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very intuitive and can be set up to do pretty much anything. We have been able to automate so many processes and create collaborative workspaces that allow anyone to jump in and help where needed. The best part about it is, we control it. We don't have to make requests to get things done and then wait.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue that we have had so far is that there are limited automations for subitems, specifically tying them back to the main item. Other than that, we have found very few limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com makes it very easy to collect data. It helps us to get a snapshot of what is going on at each of our portfolios and if someone misses work, all of the information is available for business continuity purposes. In addition, live updates on projects and tasks helps to reduce the amount of back and forth emails, giving our staff more time to get things done.

The customer support and the different options when it comes to editing boards. It's easy to use and I use it every day.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to use and the clean aesthetic of the platform. I love that I can use monday for my team and I to stay organized on projects and know what everyone is working on. All the features are very helpful and pretty straightforward to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I might be wrong, but I haven't found a way to integrate honeybook. It would also be great if I can integrate instagram and pinterest.

Excellent platform for growing businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helped us refine processes and establish singular workflows for complex projects. The user-friendly interface allows us to take complex tasks with multiple teammembers and clearly define roles, train new staff and report statuses quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the tools we would find most helpful are third party apps that can be installed for an additional fee. A more inclusive fee would be preferred.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to implementing Monday.com, individuals were using their own written processes for workflows without any transparency into what other's were doing, but in terms of their own documented workflow and their assigned tasks within the workflow. Work was management almost exclusively via email. Transitioning dialog to Monday.com, and maintaining workflows, allowed us to focus email for external use and limit the amount of email communication.
