Effortless Setup and Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
This was easy to implement across my team. The setup was easy. It is ideal for daily use and integrates seamlessly with external platforms like Mailchimp, Twilio, and Gmail. Also, customer support is super quick and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drag in automations and the failure for them to fully execute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a different project management software that was okay, but the communication with support was terrible, and it wasn't very user-friendly. Monday support is great, and it has a great interface that makes it so user-friendly for my team.
Streamlined Workflows and Powerful Automations
What do you like best about the product?
Many positives. It has helped our organization become more fluid with our workload, assigning tasks and creating a workflow that is easy for our team to understand and track. I love being able to add automations and make our boards work with less manual tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike, there are just some features I'd like to be able to refine. Like, for example, being able to create one board that pulls from multiple boards in a more intuitive way. I do like mirror columns, but there is a lot of manual management involved. We have 30-40 projects going at one time, with all tasks involved included on one board, this can make it difficult for the team to find what they need quickly. If each task lived on a single, separate board, and we could pull in all tasks to one board it would help us with workload management. We have worked with several monday specialists to try build what we are looking for, but haven't been successful. What we have now is functional, but not high level like we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of projects going on at one time, and multiple teams working on each project (web, design, copy, social, video) so there is a lot to track. Monday has helped us simplify management of tasks and help us alleviate backlogs by seeing what is in the pipeline. And visually, it is so pleasing to track tasks on - this is especially important for our creative team.

I would like monday to be more automate with task, in my case i have to recreate several task every week, but i have to bring the last week to make the copy, monday can't do copies of groups automate and if could be possible it would be very useful to me and my team

Ease of tagging people, ease of tracking, forms. Overall, I've found customer service to be pretty solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to send bulk emails or bulk copy information from the forms.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my team to sync on deliverables, responsibilities, and deadlines. Without this, the tendency is for the focus to slack. With Monday, it keeps everyone alert and responsive to the tasks at hand
Intuitive Interface and Seamless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use and the platform is pretty intuitive. Automations and integrations streamline workflows and make it easier to share and collaborate with other teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor limitations that can be solved using third-party apps, however I wish these solutions were native to monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since using monday.com, teams have better visibility to each other's projects. It's also reduced the amount of emails we send and made collaboration more efficient.
User-Friendly and Customizable for Any Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
This software is extremely user-friendly and simple to learn. Additionally, it offers customization options to fit your specific workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to turn off notifications for boards you’re subscribed to, you have to visit each board individually and adjust the settings there. As far as I can tell, there isn’t a central location where you can see all your subscribed boards and manage their notification settings at once. At least, I haven’t been able to find such a feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps me keep track of all the active tasks across my projects. Additionally, I can monitor budgets and generate dashboards and reports, which makes managing my work much more organized.

Very easy to use while also being very powerful. I love the ability to create automations

I’d be lost without Monday.com!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I’m able to manage all of my work from one place, particularly being able to see sub items and all the files linked
What do you dislike about the product?
It perhaps could be the user issue but not being able to link between boards for instance I’d like to be able to mark an item ‘done’ and it replicate across to the wider teams boards or update across. And when scrolling across to find “Files” it is quite far along where as I think should be more prominent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to navigate all my different tasks and projects in one place, with the added benefit of being able to link and collaborate easy with other teams. It also allows my manager and direct team to be able to pick up work when I’m on holiday or off sick!
User-Friendly and Customizable Platform That Scales with Your Business
What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly, easily customizable, and scalable. Our company is able to track almost everything from leads to clients to project statuses all in monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is less powerful in terms of computing power or data analysis than other platforms, and sometimes can be clunky in trying to connect boards to each other or other platforms, or set up automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of where to keep our huge amount of information in a place that is a single source of truth. It's very easy for any of our employees to find information by finding the relevant board. We are also able to track emails and comment back and forth to each other on items, which speeds up our communication and makes it more effective.
