What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the email notifications and phone notifications in monday Work Management, as they are crucial for keeping everyone on track and ensuring we are proactive about everything that needs to be done. These features enable seamless communication and collaboration with colleagues, ensuring that no project detail is overlooked. This efficiency in keeping the team informed and synchronized significantly enhances our workflow and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that monday Work Management has a somewhat dated website interface. It appears a little basic and could benefit from a quicker, more modern design. This would improve the overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to track projects and billing, ensuring no client falls through the cracks. Its notifications keep my team updated and aligned on tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
This app helps me stay up to date with my tasks and work, making it easier to keep track of everything I need to do.

What do you like best about the product?
Work Management is very user-friendly and has a very intuitive interface. The drag-and-drop functions make organizing many of my tasks very simple. I can see exactly where they are at a glane. It provides clear visibility on the status of projects and my team's workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the least about Work Management is the pricing structure. The requirement of having to purchase 5 or more seats when we may only need two or fewer. On larger boards, we experience slow loading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work Management eliminates information silos and creates a single source of truth for our projects. We know exactly who is working on what and their current workload is. The Workflow Automation frees up time to focus on high-value tasks.

Honestly, nothing. I am very happy with all aspects of Monday.com for my day to day use.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about monday Work Management is how intuitively it organizes complex workflows into simple, visual structures. It’s incredibly easy to keep teams aligned, track progress in real time, and automate repetitive tasks. The platform reduces friction, increases accountability, and gives full visibility into projects without creating extra work. Overall, it helps teams move faster, collaborate better, and stay focused on what actually matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of monday Work Management is that some of the more advanced features can feel a bit complex to set up at first, especially when building highly customized automations. It can also become overwhelming when multiple boards and dashboards accumulate, making navigation less streamlined. Additionally, certain integrations occasionally require extra configuration or don’t sync as seamlessly as expected. Overall, these are manageable issues, but they can slow teams down when getting started or scaling processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps solve several operational challenges by centralizing workflows, reducing communication gaps, and improving visibility across projects. Before using the platform, it was difficult to track progress, align cross-functional teams, and keep deadlines organized. monday streamlines all of this by giving a single source of truth for tasks, ownership, timelines, and priorities.

As a result, it reduces duplicated work, minimizes miscommunication, and speeds up decision-making. It also makes it easier to manage complex, fast-moving projects by automating repetitive steps and providing real-time updates, which ultimately improves team efficiency and project delivery.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the appealing colors and the intuitive UI/UX of monday Work Management, which make it very easy to learn and get on board. I find it easy to work with daily, and the robust search mechanism prevents me from getting lost. I particularly like the software’s ability to automate many different processes, which streamlines workflow and increases efficiency. The platform's collaboration features are another highlight for me, facilitating effective teamwork. The ease of use in initial setup was impressive, allowing me to get started quickly with the management boards and solution architect all ready for immediate utilization. monday Work Management is a comprehensive system that handles a variety of projects using Kanban boards both internally and externally with teams and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think implementing more AI features within monday Work Management could be beneficial. This enhancement could help to better understand, correlate, or preview tasks, and provide insights about different activities I'm engaging in. This would improve my workflow significantly by allowing me to work seamlessly even without deep familiarity with the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for effective time management, resource allocation, and knowledge sharing. It handles sprints, dailies, external vendor coordination, task tracking, and process automation, enhancing project management both internally and externally.

What do you like best about the product?
monday Work Management provides an extremely flexible and scalable foundation for building any workflow—without needing heavy custom development.
As a developer, I like how easily I can automate integrations using the Monday API, GraphQL, and webhooks. The platform’s structure (boards > groups > items > subitems) makes it intuitive for both technical and non-technical teams.
Centralized dashboards, cross-board automation, and the new Workflows engine significantly reduce manual processes and improve visibility across projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced automations still require custom coding or external services, especially when handling large datasets or complex conditional logic.
API rate limits and occasional column-type inconsistencies can slow down heavy integrations.
Also, performance on very large boards (50k+ items) tends to drop, and certain features—like subitem permissions and formula-automation interactions—still need maturity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management addresses the challenge of bringing together project tracking, automation, and integrations within a single platform. In my position, I handle both development and configuration tasks, and this platform enables me to create complete workflows without the need to rely on several different tools.

By leveraging its Workflows feature and custom app development options, I have automated previously manual processes, integrated external systems using APIs, and successfully migrated legacy workflows from other platforms into monday.com with little difficulty.
