I like the flexibility to configure different business workflows, the tracking systema and automatizations rules

In mobile website, UI is very confusing.
Atleast there should be some easy way to update tasks via mobile.

All the tasks and update are distributed via monday.com.
Earlier we used Jira but monday.com is easy to use and has prepared build initial templates which makes management easy

What do you like best about the product?
As a solopreneur, working with clients across the globe and team members used to be a headache. Keeping track of everything used to be super messy for me. But then I stumbled upon monday.com. It's like a lifesaver for my business. It Helps me stay on top of all my tasks. Collaborating with clients and team members has become seamless. Plus, its plans are scalable. I know it'll grow alongside my goals, I know it won't cost me too much. Sharing boards with others outside my team is so much easier now and the automation features save me lots of time.
The feature I like most is the notification system. I really enjoy how it works. Whenever a task is completed, the notification system is triggered which lets the person in the process know they can start the work. It makes everything feel smooth and organized.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like is that Monday.com doesn't allow subtasks of subtasks.
This means that while you can break down tasks into smaller components, you can't further nest these subtasks under another level of subtasks for even more detailed organization.This can be frustrating at times.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is drag and drop, lots of colours and easy to get visual overview of what is going on. I find it really useful to write and store notes too, which I use every day

Took initial bit of time to get my head around how best to ineract with it, as it was quite overwhelming at first - but now I love it!

It is providing a single source of truth for the accounts and people I am engaging with - allowing space to write notes, provide updates and share across my whole organisation

We brought on Monday.com after our contract with Asana was up. We needed a project management tool that allowed for collaboration and link sharing/visibility even with folks who may not have a license.
