My secret weapon for organization and productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows me to automize my projects and manage my activities in an organized way. It is an adaptable and intuitive tool. In short, monday.com has become an indispensable tool for me. It has allowed me to be more productive, reduce my stress, and achieve my goals more efficiently.
We use it in our daily life and it is extremely easy to implementa and work with.
Integrations with gmail are asy to work with and it helps us to fast track our comunications.

What do you dislike about the product?
The support team takes a long time to answer. Also we are unable to filter or organize the columns that are the mirror of the mirror.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization within the office regardungo projects , human resources and finance. It is beneficial having all the information in the same lace and being able to connect it all.
Great organizational management
What do you like best about the product?
Layout and its clear precise visual breakdown, when used properly. Monday's dynamic ability to move and track things like due dates is a great aide when organizing and planning out any size of a project. When you use a daily tool for project management it needs to be reliable, easy to implement, and visually non-taxing to sort and this does all of that. Support has never left me with an issue after contacting, and needing support is rare.
What do you dislike about the product?
On Enterprise level it can sometimes get a bit chaotic with a multitude of different workspaces, though something could be said about the individual users setting it up this way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing remote teams to work together in an efficient environment. This allows us to stay organized globally and reduce the time needed to issue updates.
Monday.com has transformed our company communication and operations
What do you like best about the product?
My company adopted Monday.com originally as a task manager for our PMs to use for their projects. Then we added the CRM and it has been so easy to integrate the 2 platforms together. We have also added other departments into the mix and the mirroring of columns to the various dept. boards allow for streamlined communication and keep duplicate data entry to a minimum. Monday.com is a platform that is mostly turnkey and so easy to implement. We use this program every day and are constantaly adding new things as we learn more about it. Love the dashboards too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a feature to directly link Outlook and Monday.com. We do have a workaround using another program called Zapier, but it is difficult to program, and we had to hire a consultant to help us with the integration to the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have eliminated 5 different programs that we were using and have combined all of them into Monday.com. Now everything "talks" to one another and it is so much easier for everyone in our company.
Monday Makes Tracking Business Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, the flexibility for adapting to our business needs and the ability to automate so many tasks that would otherwise require manual attention. The customer service department is wonderful and the learning curve is not steep at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor limitations when it comes to automations in sub-items, but those are not deal breakers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to keep track of our clients and at what stage of the process they are in at all times.
Great way to keep my Team Informed
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is that every team member can see the updates to our bid schedule as soon as I post them. This allows everyone to be instantly aware of chages or updates to our scheudle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only difficult thing about Monday is that it is difficult to edit existing items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It prevents overlap and prevents bid dates from being missed

What do you like best about the product?
I love how we can collaborate and connect different boards together. We can easily see what's the status of different tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a bit hard to create exactly the boards that we want especially starting from scratch but eventually we get there!

Monday helps us in assigning task to different people, organizing events and knowing when to execute them and what are their deadlines. It also help in automiazation and notifying the respective users when statuses change.

We really enjoy how we are able to collaborate on projects with our contractors even though we are not all employeed at the same institutuion.

As a non-profit, the pricing is quite steep, but it is worth it for the project management abilities.

It helps us collaborate with our many contactors so we can all effectively work on projects and events.
The best way to manage my company, team and projects
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is our company server. We love its security, the ability to work with documents and project manage our projects, and to plan capacity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to view all projects assigned in one dashboard that isn't just date-bound, but this has come leaps and bounds over the last few years as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us keep all of our projects on task and on timeline, and allows us to communicate about projects in a centralized, trackable place.
The Best Tool for Maximizing Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we are able to share project progress with an entire team wihtout having to send another email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when adding a title to an item/task and I end it whith a space (because I'm going to paste an account number), I click to another window to copy the number, and come back to paste it, the space has been removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like having all of my open tasks organized and color-coded. I love being about to drag them around as priorities change.
