easy to understand interface, I have a great overview of actions in the company.

we track all complaints in the application. thanks to the system, we have a wonderful overview of all damages and thanks to this we can prioritize corrective measures
Good tool to manage projects
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very modular and allows for automation and integration with other platforms. There are lots of possibillities and you can create your won thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There a step learning curve, and I feel building something properly needs a quite big investment on learning first, and then a lot of trial and error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main use we have on Monday, is project managenment and workflow creation. We do lots of process through it - from internal planning, through to task and execution, to workflows likes expenses, etc

It makes it easy to track projects ,resource time tracking,task management and more..

Monsay is straightforward and user-friendly project management platform to streamline workflows, organize tasks, and collaborate with team members effectively.

Integration Limitations: While Monday offers integrations with various third-party apps, sometime i find that it lacks compatibility with certain tools or platforms crucial to their workflow.

Terrific choice for large teams
What do you like best about the product?
Really well designed and adaptable. The tasks/subtasks are intuitive and easy to use. It's a quick platform to adapt to - all a new user really needs to do is pay attention to notifications - so that allows for fast adoption and a minimum of resistance from new users. The built-in dashboards are highly useful and deliver actionable information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's definitely complex enough that it needs an administrator or two to ensure that projects are moving. It's maybe overpowered for a small team; you wouldn't necessarily have the need for some of the capabilities (like multiple projects/boards) and it's harder to see an individual's workload than it is on some other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Load balancing between different teams; helps us ensure that we know when our projects are reaching completion and what any blockers are.

It is very organized and each group has it's own label, you can keep track of your clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not keep the comments when I look up a profile, it changes it or does not keep track

We utilize it for an RN system to document the assessments, complete transfers from SNF to ALF and keep track of the transition paperwork/TARs.

Lots of views to organize (calendar, lists w/ subtasks, timeline, kanban, etc.) and prioritize tasks and forms for request handling
High customizable fields and ability to add automations like creating subtasks and moving tasks when it changes status

Does not allow synced sharing of specific tasks between boards (really liked this feature in another app), though you can "connect" them to specific boards as reference
Can be a bit of a learning curve for people who haven't used similar tools, but you can make your boards as simple or complex as needed

We are an in-house marketing function that takes requests from rest of business and often deal with influx of unstructured requests via Slack, Monday helps bring structure to the requests that come in, as well as allow us to manage our own projects effectively.

Great platform with simple user interface and clean dashboard. It is highly customizable and very secure platform for project and task management.

Reporting needs little improvement while it's good for basic purposes.

Allows the team to organize their week, month and quarter. It's easy to view the tasks and to re arrange if any changes.
