What do you like best about the product?
The customizable Dashboards offered by Monday.com are perfect for visually organizing campaigns, projects, and certain activities. For instance, we may create separate dashboards for tracking advertising campaigns, managing events, and launching new financial products. Furthermore, it facilitates the tracking of project progress in real time, enabling us to view the status of each task, the person responsible, and whether there is an issue that requires our immediate attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
While automation functions are powerful, setting them up may require a bit of time and experimentation to optimize them for our specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its ability to centralize and organize all the tasks and information linked to our projects helps us keep organized, especially when we are working on many projects at once.

The user interface is refreshingly straightforward and easy to navigate. I appreciate the regular addition of new features, as well as the helpful webinars that guide users through utilizing these enhancements

With it, I can drill down into specific project details, such as identifying the owner, tracking the current status or updates, and noting the due dates.
The collaborative aspect is seamless, as team members can tag each other in the comments section.
It's strength lies in its ability to create customizable project boards.
Also it's Users have the freedom to tailor their boards using templates and customizations.
Customer support is 24/7..!!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps our small, busy team keep organized so we don't miss our many deadlines. It's also super helpful to use as a communication tool where we find all information about one project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes too many bells and whistles hungers a product. Could see Monday scaling back on some things that don't really work for anyone and are there more as an accessory than for actual usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply put, organization. We have way too many projects happening at once and Monday helps us keep track of those.
This all helped me a lot with managing my project and planning it

The customer survice seems hard to get sometimes and problems take much time to be solved

The main issue i have is that orgenzing the tasks and understanding what comes before what takes me lots of time so basiclly monday not only orgenizes my tasks perfectly but also saves my a great deal of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Its interface is user-friendly and the platform is easy to learn for new users. Offers seamless pipeline management. It has interesting notification feature which triggers the next person in line to start with their work once your task is finished.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not particulary a dislike but the amount of customization it offers is little overwhelming. Guides provided are helpful but you'll need time to have a good grasp on it. The mobile app can be improved a little bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has user-friendly interface which makes onboarding training for this tool a bit easier process. Advanced reporting feature and custom dashboard building helps in providing better pipeline visibility. Offers seamless integration across multiple platforms.
