Great Tool For Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to assign, check and keep up to speed with my team and other departments workloads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Missing or forgetting any important tasks I have

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can tag people and that you can get updates on status and due date reminders emailed to you. It makes it really easy to collaborate on projects, especially with coworkers in different timezones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes about the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows people a space to collaborate and see project statuses plus all the key players in a task. It tracks progress and allows everybody to be on the same page.
Hard work made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps keep my tasks and team organized. It's intuitive layout makes it easy for me to navigate even the busiest of weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is how easy it is to accidentally tag "everyone on this board" INSTEAD of "everyone on this item" which can be quite embarassing haha

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I love best (and it's silly) is the color coding to match my client's colors. But seriously, it is the flexibility with how I organize and track things and the fact that it looks nothing like a typical (and inefficient) spreadsheet that makes Monday.com a life saver for my job. It's easy to use, easy to learn to ways of organizing content and responsibilities. It's so flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com does not sync with Google Sheets which is what my client uses. It requires a 3rd party license and fee and I'm not going to pay for that. So while I use Monday for my internal work, I have to transfer a large amount of data to my client's spreadsheet and it's not awesome for time management or efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we had Monday.com we did everything via email and shared google apps which was inefficient and got very confusing. I would have quit my job years ago had I not had Monday.com to help keep our projects organized and moving forward. We have produced over 400 commercials and they are all very similar and without Monday.com, we would not have been able to track and keep everything organized!

What do you like best about the product?
We use the CRM and it has been a game changer in our processes. The board connections and mirror feature has saved us SO much time. Monday.com is user friendly and easy to implement in day to day workflow. It has become our most used application. Integration was seamless and customer service was always prompt on any questions we had and was quick to resolve. Would highly recommend Monday.com to any company looking for a new project management platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides. But would love to see new updates include more options on column types for data imports to match your boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use monday.com for event management and client (attendee) details. We have a lot of returning clients and the mirror feature allows us to seamlessly add clients to an event and populate their details for materials. In the past we would always have to ask them to re fill out a form and we had errors with information. Now everything connects back to the CRM board and it has made us more accurate and cut time spent on capturing this data.
Monday.com helps organize both professionally and personally
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com serves as a live to-do list for both my personal task and for my team. Being able to use it for a live brainstorm, process list, or even note-taking centralization makes it a staple of everything I do for work. I even have it pinned to the front page of my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com can be a bit limiting on the use of sub-tasks, and doesn't have the clearest training on how to best leverage automations, AI, and truly become a power user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com serves as a live to-do list and makes project prioritization, updates, and owners clear to the entire team. At any point, I can provide outsiders a snapshot into what we're focused on
Streamlines work communication and task management
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the interface and how easy it is to set up boards, forms, create tasks or projects, add different tags, and rearrange as needed. It enables me to keep track of my tasks and immediately see what stage they are up to. It also fosters transparency across the company as you can view other boards and see the projects being worked on and what stages they are at. The interactions and celebratory animations are a nice plus too. More recently, the AI features have been a very useful addition!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes find the Search difficult to use. Also find that Monday Forms has some limitations, especially when it comes to design and formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project and task management, team collaboration and communication, transparency in the workplace.
Improved task management with Monday
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Monday for how we use it is that we're all in the same platform and can allocate each other tasks smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Monday a bit slow and clunky compared to other task management systems I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The whole team viewing tasks in the same place and allocation relevant things to each other. Also for our managers to have an overview of what everytone is doing.

What do you like best about the product?
Process transparency, streamlining workflows, automation, and focused communication have greatly enabled our business to grow during challening times. I have this open all day, using it throughout the day. As we get smarter with the tool, it also evolves into a stronger versoion of itself due to the integration features and user friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part for us has been learning it fast enough to understand everything it can do for us. In other words, we continually come up with a roadmap, and that outpaces our ability to implement the new ideas/features/evolution of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to bring together internal and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, etc) onto a single platform, ultimately to collaborate on project management, transparency, communication, ownership, and results.
