What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of use, UI and general functions make it pretty easy to use

Proper the lack APi time tracking funcitons.

Keep track of clients tasks and managing the time assigned to each client and teams.
The do-it-all CRM system
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is one of the most feature rich, ever-evolving platforms we have used. The UI is simple and easy to follow by even the most non-techy users and the automations that can be set up are a real time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst feature rich, you do have to pay a premium for it (vs competition). For this reason, it's probably more suited to established businesses than start ups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to break down projects into user-responsible tasks helps create a seemless workflow between multiple team members, and allows managers to see project status' at a glance. Scaled up to multiple projects at any time makes juggling team workflow much easier. With it's constant new features being added, we are constantly findinding new way to optimise our time.
The sense of proximity even with remote work
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we are aware of what our collegues are working on, the prorities, etc. That help us avoid asking questions about deadlines, getting a file, etc. The information is ALL there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The width for the tags (you cannot see all the text)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote work can create confusion and generate a lot of e-mails or instant messages. Monday contribute to reduce that noise.
User friendly management application

Very dynamic and easy to use, can link boards using the same information

The inability at times for information not be shared from one board to anothet

Allows a project to be accessed by all memebers of the team with ease

Monday helps me to organize my tasks and identify the priorities and mesure if we develop.

We are discovering how to create a board with information from many dashboards.

I use Monday.com for the last two years and it has been a valuable piece of my project management and Operational processes.

The pricing might be high for smaller teams and some advanced features require higher-priced plans.

Issue concerning the pricing which is a bit expensive to depreciate so as to make it affordable.

I love that monday.com was very easy for me to adapt to. When our company switched over to monday.com, it was easy for me to understand and to get a grasp on. It's very clear and concise and easy for you to communicate with co-workers through.

I wish that I could add recurring dates to the calendar so I don't have to add them all separately.

They are helping problems of miscommunication between coworkers and keeping everyone accountable.

There are some limitations on the scheduling and timeline side, not nearly as robust as Microsoft Project Manager

Brings everyone on the same page as tasks are clear and assigned. Good way to implement accountability.
