Project Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and offers a great way to customize tasks and have them organized. departmental needs. It helps us stay in the loop with our tasks even when working with cross-functional teams which drastically improved the efficiency of our teams. The best part for me though is their in-built notifications that ping me when another user has finished their proportion of the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user, it can be tricky to get to know its whereabouts, and honestly, the online training guide is not comprehensive at all. It can use improvisation there. Moreso, the mobile app is quite bad- too many bugs and glitches that hamper with the user experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us save time through seamless collaboration on tasks, as a CRM its easy to use once you understand the functions of the system

Strong and adaptative platform

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very friendly to use. With the several options, it is possible to build a optimised process according to your needs, very rapidly.
The learning curve is easy, very useful when it's time to include this tool in a work team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't know! Maybe the gantt table is a little bit more difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The global view of many projects in the same time and easy to align all the collaborators

It's great to follow requests from users and do some follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to use and to understand, also easy to evolve.

Having requests in multiple places and not being able to properly prioritize.

What do you like best about the product?
For the job i perform, is a great coltrol tool to check abou metric and performance of my team
What do you dislike about the product?
I don`t find it very intuitive, for me it seems like is not so easy to create features

it helped my deparment with our metrics and as an archive option since we do not have a local system to perfom the job we do

What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes it easy to break down monthly tasks within a team, with transparency on who is responsible for the task and how the work is progressing.
What do you dislike about the product?
More flexibility for submitting tickets would be nice, as occasionally input boxes are too small or options are laid out in unintuitive ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday makes it easy for the team to have a visual on the work that everyone is doing, making it easy to reallocate work where necessary to ensure that everyone is working efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
This software is very user-friendly, making it simple to use and easy to understand. I have been working for county who uses this software for project tracking. it's great medium for easy communication and tracking project timeline and invoices.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to freeze a column to keep it stationary while scrolling horizontally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps track project timeline. It shows in a glance how we doing with each projects in a glimpse.

Intuitive and visually pleasing tool

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday.com almost daily to manage projects. Several aspects stand out:
1. Intuitive interface: it's a user-friendly tool with many features
2.customization options: great flexibility when it comes to personalizing boards, workflows to ensure perfect fit for you and your team
3.easy automations:Automating tasks is a game changer saving time and minimizing errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automating tasks is easy but still a few more advanced options are not possible (e.g. Exceptions to certains automations) .
Dashboard are great to use with many features for for the graphs a bit more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved us time, allowed for better collaboration and overview of the project work. Before we were using an excel but it soon became unreadable and were unable to collaborate all at the same time otherwise it would crash. We definitely benefited from our upgrade to Monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep all your tasks set up in a streamlined way is one of the major pushes. Being able to set up different team spaces so that every team gets what they need is absolutely incredible. My favorite thing is that they offer their own forms that can be used for surveys with its own link and that information is automatically saved. No need for seperate interfaces (for example google forms) everything is one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prices for a team is not the best. They require a team to have a minimum of three. So even if you have a two person team, you have to pay for three seats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solved having to keep things seperate or having to build your own templates and forms. With their set up everything was available with a click. filling in information quickly and then adding the team members that need to see it was incredibly easier. Each team has their own designated private space so there was never an influx of notifications for all members.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, good intergrations nice and simple to collaborate as a team! Quick custermer support
What do you dislike about the product?
high pricing, no flexibility in pricing for low team sizes ( 1 or 10, nothing in between)

It's a great to-do-list
It reminds you of important task and helps to structure your time based on priorities

Everybody can see all the tickets even if not in the concerned team

It allows to keep traceof everything that's done by each member of the team, wich is useful to calculate the time spent on every task or project
