What do you like best about the product?
Its intuitive interface brings ease to the creation and tracking of tasks, greatly helping in the day-to-day work. Another nice point is the interaction with other tools, which makes Monday very efficient for companies looking to optimize communication and productivity. The experience with Monday is very satisfying.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, learning is a bit challenging due to the range of functionalities, but after some time of use, it becomes easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In carrying out tasks among the teams.

Great for office collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
It's very customizable while also being easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need a second subtask level instead of the single level provided. Also the idea of task dependencies is good in theory but monday.com's implementation is confusing and a chore to setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before monday.com, it was up to each team member to stay on top of their tasks. Things would get lost in emails or missed meeting notes. We would lose track of statuses and steps along the way for the various projects we were managing. Monday.com helped us organize the work we were collaborating on so that we were clear on what was being done, when, and where it was in the process. For us, if it's not in monday.com, it doesn't exist. We've also made use of their forms feature to create a system to better handle requests from other departments, helping move those kinds of things out of our email. You do need to spend a good amount of time building out your setup and planning how you will use monday.com with your team. Once you do, it can really improve your workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the layout of the program and how intuitive it is for me to set up projects, timelines for those projects and assign team members and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a time tracking or monetary budget component that could be built in to each project task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our company up to date on all of our projects and that helps out everyone from our principals to our employees keep track of what phase a project is in.

Everything we need in all departments can be found on monday boards
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to locate specific boards as we have quote a few - maybe an easier way to save boards instead of making them a favorite
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its helps by centralising all the products and campaigns we have , and useful to know where to locate information when needed

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very helpful and easy to navigate. I am able to organize everything. It helped me to make everything easy and accessible. It is also user-friendly. Using it from time to time makes my task easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't experience any problem with monday.com. It helped me a lot with my everyday tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps organize my work. I can easily double check all my pending tasks and make sure that I am able to go back and check them. It is very helpful for my everyday tasks. This is a very good way to organize everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Its faster and easy access App to use when it come to business. It helps also on managing data for client and to implement any memorandum.

Great user friendly system

What do you like best about the product?
It's flexiblity. You can create a board for just about anything. The automations help eliminate human error and ensure the correct data is entered. The fact that boards can also talk to each other is fantastic. It means you don't need to double hand information. I use Moday.com daily to help manage our business and management systems. We even have it set up to link to our accounting software so invoices are automaticlly create once a job is marked as completed. It's easy to implement and data can be added via a CSV file so you can start with a full history. If you get stuck on anything there is a chat option who can walk you through your issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't set up automations on data in mirrored columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us manage our intergrate management systems, employee calenders, employee details as well as business functonality. It also talks to our other programs for easy invoicing.
