I wish we could change header titles, on the same board/grouping. Would be helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.Com helps our teams work cross-functionally on projects. It is a great way for all of us to have a view into the project and keep each other accounable.
Platform Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface and simplicity of monday.com. I can color code everything and make it consistent across boards so my team can intuitively know where to go and how to label everything. I love that I was able to build it out with tons of columns to tie into other boards and dashboards, but I can hide those complexities from other employees, so it is doing the complex work, but visually, it appears at it's simplest form for everyone else!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to delineate between additional 'Person' columns (assignee vs. principal) so that higher up executives can see what they need to on a working board without manually filtering, but could also have it set up so we could pick and choose what items populate on the 'My Work' page.
I also wish that I could color code items on a dashboard. As an example, I have all of our priority charts in one place for the President of the company to reference. I wish I could make obvious which charts were relating to sales, and which were related to revenue; perhaps a colored outline of the chart, or lightly coloring the background of the chart so that they look different.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows leadership to have a significantly better overview of each team member's schedule and workflow. It ensures that ALL steps of a process ave been completed, while keeping larger, "big-picture items" on our radar so nothing ever falls through the cracks and the business operations continue to grow.
All around great tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday to manage my own tasks/projects and also use it with my team to automate overtime requests, assign process or task ownership, document meeting notes and assigned work and track quarterly goals. The platform provides great features for individual, team and department-wide use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have integarations for a Sales Execution Platform like Outreach or Salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifies task management, provides visibility of project status and tasks to be completed across a project team and ease of use for team members to manage tasks. Provides a mechanism for overtime request and approval tracking.
Monday.com is a complete project management solution..i recommend it!

Great to manage tasks both as an individual, but also when working together as a team, and even across teams and companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Widgets could be improved. Can be challenging to track progress.

Managin incoming tasks from external partners aswell as internal colleagues.

It gives transparency of task completion progress and lets schedule a pipeline a few steps ahead

ability to switch views with the click of a button and not have to update each view separately

the navigation is a little complex - workspaces, folders, views, permissions can get a bit confusing sometimes.

its allowing multiple users to collaborate on one project and get all the updates easily. It has all the project management features built in and prevents a ton of rework on our side.

Monday.com has allowed us to automate many manual processes through forms and easy to automations. The learning curve was easy and did not require extensive coding skills. We utilize monday.com daily to track work and work processes. It has changed the way our team communicates and manges our scope of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love the ability to add cc:s and attachments to automations. This would futher streamline some of our automations.

Moved high touch manual processes to automation. It gives us more visibility into each other's work as the team grows
