Versatile platform that can accomplish a multitude of practical functions

What do you like best about the product?
An immensely versatile platform that you can use to achieve a variety of practical functions. As a Project Manager, the fact that it can be used to provide a seamless experience between my team and the client's team has been huge in the success of our projects. Whether project planning, communication between both teams, visibility, flexibility etc. Monday.com has replaced a bunch of different tools into one unifying platform. The fact that you can create automation on the fly that is intuitive and simple for beginners has been a huge bonus as well. We use Monday.com on every day of the week and it has been a really easy platform to learn to use and integrate into our existing systems such as DevOps and Outlook. We have not had to use customer support yet but the Monday.com community is great to be able to explore solutions to the questions we have come up with. Above all, based on the fact that the platform is purely web based, we were able to start using it straight away with minimal training that was provided via the platform itself!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we had more control over what elements of the platform are shareable with "guests" that are invited to a workspace or parts of a workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest challenges we have overcome with Monday.com has been keeping projects and project communications organized. In the past, Emails have been an ineffective way to keep various threads of a project in alignment and the fact that we are able to communicate with our clients directly within the platform has been a game changer to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the state of the project, what tasks are being (or need to be) worked on, within what timeframe and within which parameters. This has helped all teams involved from the start of projects all the way up to post implementation support.

Perfect for Project Management for my business

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize everything to exactly what I need it to be. I have been able to create a variety of different boards to manage the many projects of my photography business and keep track of all sorts of other information, to do items, contacts and more in other boards. The functionality of linking boards and tracking information has made running my business so much easier and more organized! I use it basically everyday. Plus it was easy to set up and then continue to adjust to the growth of my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a ton of features available on Monday, but I have been disappointed that some of them cost significantly more money. It would be very benefical to my business to be able to implement contracts/invoices or link to quickbooks right from Monday, but the investment wouldn't make sense on an ROI basis for me at the time as a Soloprenuer.

There should be a pricing tier for only one seat with no employees. Overall very happy though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my workflow organized and projects on track. Helping to organize my to-do tasks and keeping track of my financial goals for the year and other data like mileage or sales tax, etc.

Monday.com is making my workload so much more manageable

What do you like best about the product?
As an Customer Onboarding Specialist, I rely on Monday.com ever day to keep track of my customers' progress and make them accountable for it too. I love it, it's user-friendly for people that have never worked with it. Their Support team is also super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes duplicating a board can take a long time and duplicate without the sub tasks, but this doesn't seem to be happening recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accountability is crucial for me. I need customers to understand that if they do not complete their tasks, it is slowing down their success.

CRM Tool that Covers Everything

What do you like best about the product?
It will eventually be our one stop shop to house all pertinent Account Information. Currently, we have an Internal Database, SharePoint, some thing else with Microsoft. Way too many for certain, and once getting everything updated and added it will be so awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall I've seen is as a USER haveing the capabitlity to modify the information by a simple click and drag to the order of preferance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all information, documents, emails, contracts in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Is super easy to get to know, is super easy to integrate my business core to the neccessities of my project, I like the way it looks, simple, easy, and have a lot of features, automatizations and integration with a great apps for implementate! I use everyday!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, customer support is not accurate at all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
before, we only usea WhatsApp and mail, so for searching something, it took a lot of time to made the changes, or have the documentation, the request, now with monday it's super easy, we have space's for each thing, and searching info is super easy, now we said "Search on monday"

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and very intuitive. It's super visual, which makes seeing the status of everything very quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday has some quirky limitations that cause workarounds, and thier API is not the most user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to create a moderatly complex workflow and make it seemless to our users as we improved the overall project.

Gold standard for task and project management

What do you like best about the product?
Monday keeps all my operations projects and ad-hoc tasks organized and allows me to really see how (and for whom) I'm spending my time. I love that I can categorize tasks by department and category and also by requester. I think it truly shows the value my department brings to the entire company.

I also appreciate the automation possibilities, which allows for even easier organization and structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like an automation based on date (when status changes to done and today's date is between X/in X quarter, move to Y).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows me to organize all that I need to do, plan major projects to assure we complete them by the final deadline, categorize the work we do for each department, and manage my day-to-day schedule and to-do lists.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped us manage all of our marketing projects and events more efficiently. We also use it to keep up with our inventory and communicate to our team members as well as our tasks! Building out our project boards is fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team loves to see the llama view of all of our tasks. We just wish we could dress them up!

Monday.com has helped us with project collaboration the most.

User friendly, great option for lean marketing team

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great project management tool for smaller teams looking to make their process more efficient but don't need the complexity (or price tag) that comes with more advanced project management tools. Monday.com makes it easy to track projects, create shared workspaces with both internal and external teams, or manage team member's personal to do lists. We love the automation features and how user friendly the platform is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com should be used in addition to a digital asset management system, it is not ideal for storing files or for having a place to provide feedback/approve files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small marketing team but we manage a lot of projects. We primarily use Monday.com to track new location openings (great for collaborating with 3rd parties to make them aware of opening tasks). We also use it for managing project tasks and making sure everyone on the team is looped in on status, tasks that are responsible for and deadlines.

7+ Years In and Still Loving It

What do you like best about the product?
We started using Monday.com back in 2017 to get our new production studio organized and managed properly. After extensive research and numerous tutorials with several differet platforms we finally settled on Monday.com because they were the most available, customizable, helpful, and user-friendly. We collaborate with another team from a partner ad agency and their team uses it as regularly as we do.

It took a few months to get settled into the platform but once we talked to a support lead about our needs, wants, and issues, they were able to guide us to a template that worked right for us. We've been loving it every since.

I left the company for about a year and half (but I'm back!) and tried to bring Monday.com to my new role but they were already heavily invested in another project management platform. So I left. Just kidding. But I did push hard to bring Monday.com to the other company because I loved it so much. And now that I'm back with the production company I'm so thankful to be back with Monday :)
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little while for Monday to add simple features to the platform that a few of us reached out about (i.e. adding timestamps to comments made on pulses). We need to reference exact times/dates pretty often but it just kept saying "1 week ago" or "this week" and that wasn't helpful for us. It was an internal "hurrah!" when the change was made because one of my coworkers reached out about it a few times over the last few years. All good, though! The change was made and we're happy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a video production company and for one of our clients we have about 40-50 video deliverables per sale (1-2 sales per month) so collaborating on kickoff, changes, creative, links, ISCIs, etc., in an organized fashion is an absolute must. Monday allows us to have an individual pulse for each deliverable, collaborate, post, share, etc. in the organized fashion that we need.

We also use Monday to track job numbers, PO logs, and just opened a board for our marketing calendar and strategy.
