Great project tracking software that is customizable, but can use some features
What do you like best about the product?
The Monday.com platform is versatile and well-laid out, and allows relatively streamlined project, stakeholder, and document tracking across teams. I primarily use it for searching through current and past project work and for the most part the UI is well built for that purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the downsides can come down to minor inconveniences, such as having an advanced search across project boards for specific keywords, looking within boards as opposed to just the title of the board. Additionally, notifications seem to always spam my inbox and phone whenever there is a notification for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software primarily solves the issue of intra-team communication about project timelines, documents, and responsibilities, making it clear in a single place what needs to be done by who and when.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Monday is to use, and I also like that the training videos are short and sweet for new hires, who I send them to for ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no dislike about monday.com that I can think of at this time.

It helps out entire team be able to work together better and more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the boards & the ability to customize to your needs.

The limitations on the project managemet personnel who can work on a board. That can be hard when trying to manage company wide initiatives

It helps me track my project deliverables and helps keeps on track with deliverables.
Great project management
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that we are able to add our projects to monday and break them down into smaller tasks. We are able to keep track of what we need to do, when we have to do it and who needs to complete the tasks. I also like that we can have guests added to certain boards and they are able to enter vital information. It is easy to create boards and the import function is extremely valuable. We have integrated Monday so much that it is indespensible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope that we can have more columns of data in the future. Some of our boards need to have a bit more information that we can add. I would like more robust chart options without having to pay extra for the intergrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us create processes so we don't miss any tasks, who is supposed to do what and by when.
We also are using the reminder emails to start certain tasks and when some of our contracts will be ending/renewing.
Adding guests to Monday also helps us collaborate with others in getting tasks done.

Time Saving
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows our team to move work from one group to another seamless with the click of a button. We spend less time documenting the statuses of various tasks and composing emails. It allow us to focus on getting the actual work done. It is an integral part of our work flow that we use every day, all day!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is minimal support for the subitem feature that we use for projects leaving gaps when it comes to automation & the use of formulaes for reporting. Also the results of formulaes can't be sent out in automated emails and notifications which is a pain point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have boards set up for various project stages and the jobs move from board to board based on status changes. The boards serve as a queue for members of the team to pull their jobs from. Prior to monday we would have to send instructions & necessary files via email to move things from team to team and to communicate about issues or design. The updates in Monday.com allow us to collaborate on these things without spending all that time composing emails. Everything we discuss is always attached to the project and can be reviewed at any time, eliminating the time wasted searching through emails.
The time tracking & date stamp features allow us to pull data from the boards to manage our SLAs and see where we have opportunity for improvement.
Management can easily go in and see the project status, issues that are pending, and where bottlenecks are occuring in the process flow.

Donor Strategy Board
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com includes an interface similar to Facebook, or other social media. As a millenial, these platforms are ingrained in our minds and easy to use effectively and quickly. I enjoy tagging co-workers so that they receive urgent updates and I can get information on a prompt basis. I like that I can create different columns or boards to help organize my data. Overall, it has helped me tremendously track my outreach to donors and constituents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because every one in our team makes changes, it can cause confusion at times. Sometimes I log into my board and it looks different then when I left it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working with Monday.com to help get on the same page. This provides a unified concept that helps track data, plan events, and designate tasks. This software is increasing communication and minimizing confusion and extra work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to collaborate with my fellow coworkers with delegating tasks with each other and seeing progress status. The customer support is very receptive. There is a lot of elpful features and I use Monday very frequently.

Sometimes the UX can be a little challanging to navigate.
