Intuitive and Visual, Yet Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and user-friendly monday Work Management is. The fact that we could build out the program ourselves without needing to hire someone was a significant advantage, as it allowed us to tailor it to fit our needs perfectly. Before using monday Work Management, our team struggled with organization, but its visual aspect has been transformative, providing clear 'at a glance' views of our processes. This has been a very positive change for our teams, enabling us to manage data more effectively than when we were using excel spreadsheets. It makes reporting and visualization far easier, addressing our company's need for more efficient data handling. The ease of integration with tools like Outlook further adds to its functionality, streamlining our workflow significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that there are a few reporting and automation features in monday Work Management that could be improved. Specifically, I would like the ability to filter automations by country, which would greatly enhance our workflow when managing incoming leads. Additionally, it would be beneficial to change the horizontal layout or to have the option to hide cells in certain groups without affecting all groups. These limitations in customization hinder my ability to tailor the platform precisely to our needs.

I find monday Work Management streamlines data visualization and reporting, transforming how we handle data and improving team organization with its intuitive, user-friendly design.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build boards for any process — project tracking, IT requests, Training tracking and Delivery monitoring. Automations also trivialise repetitive work such as out team status updates, reminders and notifications and work well with any third party integrations such as Zapier.
The UI is very accessible and any new implementations (Such as a new board) are only a clicks away from being setup. And as a system that is used daily and frequently across all departments, workflow customisation allow easier communication.

I have no negative opinions of Monday.com as a system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves issues with tracking any projects that are in need of completion, and with the ability to set custom status - All teams are aware of any updates or needs required.

I love that monday Work Management is incredibly user-friendly and visually appealing, which is crucial for me as a visual learner, as it presents everything in a structured and organized manner. I appreciate the progress bars and notifications that provide a comprehensive view of various project facets, along with the feature that allows individual teammates to edit entries, thus promoting transparency and visibility across the team. Additionally, I find value in how easily monday Work Management integrates with other tools like Google and Canva, allowing seamless document linkage for enhanced workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the initial experience with Monday Work Management to be overwhelming due to the abundance of tabs and project information, especially in a busy workplace. New users could greatly benefit from a tutorial or walkthrough to ease the onboarding process. Additionally, I would appreciate the ability to hide or unhide specific tabs for projects that I'm not involved in, which would help simplify and declutter my view.

I use monday Work Management to gain a clear view of my team’s projects, easily check updates, and track progress with visual aids that support my learning style while ensuring transparency and collaboration.
Customizable Solution Keeps Our Business On Task
What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate the high level of customization available with the boards, which allows us to tailor them to our specific requirements. Additionally, it records who adds notes and when, making it easy to keep track of updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, there isn't anything in particular that we dislike. Up to now, we've managed to find solutions for every issue we've encountered.

This tool allows us to monitor all our quotes and jobs, making it easy to check their current status at any time.
User-Friendly Interface with Great Information Presentation
What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly, and presents the information well. You can limit access to only those who need to see the boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
That in the one board you cannot change the titles between the different sections on the one board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to list all our policies and create a link for all employees to access those policies without them having access to Sharepoint folder they are stored in.
Easy to Learn with Outstanding Support and Customizable Features
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn and the customer service has been wonderful. They are available at all hours. The features and Apps that we can add on make it personalized enough that we are able to accomplish much. Having "free" metrics, in that we are only able to work in the boards and allow the metrics to run give our company ease of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few "Duh" features that seem so easy to have that are just not available. There are tiny changes and we are happy with using Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to mirror columns and make sure all of our projects are visible has been amazing. No project or obligation left behind.
Flexible Design for Custom Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of design. It's fantastic for creating custom and powerful project management systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
For all it's capabilities, it is very shallow in some areas. For examples: there is a "Item" level and "Sub-item" level but nothing under this. So you are limited to two orders of organization unless you create a new group or board.

A lot! Ops managemnet, project management, project/customer tracking, time tracking, etc. It is a very flexible system.
Organized, User-Friendly, and Excel Export Makes Work Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is organized and easy to use. I especially appreciate that I can export to excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would allow me to input dates that fall on weekends because sometimes work is not done Monday-Friday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to stay on top of current projects and also retain data of completed projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the reminders and automations offered by monday Work Management. These features significantly enhance my workflow efficiency, allowing me to cut my project management time in half. Without these automations, the tool would be just another calendar, but by integrating automations, it transforms into a powerful project management asset. Another aspect I appreciate is the tool's ability to integrate with other software, especially the seamless connection with our Google Workspace and QuickBooks. These integrations add immense value and create a more unified and efficient workflow for my team. Additionally, the initial setup of monday Work Management was straightforward and easy, which speaks volumes about its user-friendly design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how certain tools are limited to enterprise accounts. Just because I'm not an enterprise client doesn't mean certain tools wouldn't be incredibly helpful to my business. I'd like monday Work Management to find a way to unlock more features for all account types, especially when I can't even access Enterprise accounts due to my company size, even if I were willing to pay for it.

I use monday Work Management to clarify team expectations and ensure accountability, cutting my project management time in half with automations and reminders. Integrations enhance its functionality, despite some tools being limited to enterprise accounts.
