What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great for schedulling and prioritising key work which increases our efficiency as a team and allows us to focus on spending more time on the activities that really matter.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can really think of at present.

What do you like best about the product?
Access through internet makes it easy to check on tasks remotely and has ample space for detailed notes to manage jobs with complicated assignments to team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Issue when entering information at the top of a board -- cursor will jump to the bottom of the text while entering info at the top. This happens with all team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com provides a centralized location to access details for tracking, managing, and assigning team tasks for our customers' jobs and project phases.

Easily organises daily tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I love using monday.com to keep track of all incoming tasks from every department in one, easily accessible place. It helps to not only organise tasks and easily keep track of deadlines but also to liases with stakeholders quickly and efficently on each individual task. It is alot of different features that you can change and personalise to suit yours and your companys needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time to adjust to the system and all that it offers but once you do its very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped stakeholders to comminuvate easily for each task and made scheduling and workflow management more visible and easier to stay on top of.

What do you like best about the product?
We use it for a real estate team, we can see our active clients in a 'birds eye view' but also have a lot of details included (paperwork, staging, etc). We can change the views for different roles on the team. It's pretty user friendly. Our entire team uses monday daily. We have also tied it to a CRM, Miro and G-Suite
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many things you can do with monday that sometimes you can overload yourself and then get paralyzed trying to figure out how to use, let alone incorporate, the options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using a lot more systems before, we have reduced some of those systems and streamlined. Less apps constantly opened

Monday has made managing long term projects more accessible and efficient for the entire company

What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes it easy for me to see where different departments are at within projects for the company. We are able to communicate effectively and quickly via the @ and with the comments bubbles. My team and I are in Monday every day, multiple times a day. We constantly have it up on our monitors as it's an integral part of our workday. It was extremely easy to integrate within our department and teach to our new hires. It's become a staple and necessity for our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that is the most concerning about Monday would be the time it takes for large boards to load. I have a board with multiple dashboards on it and it's filled to the max with views, and it takes forever to load and often times I have to close out the window and then re-open it 30 seconds later in order to get it functioning again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it so that way I can easily see at a glance where projects are at within our company by seeing what department/person each item is assigned to and the status of the task.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is highly flexible, from being a Project Management tool to maintaining CRM lists for contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much a dislike, but it's worth exploring the all the features available to see if there might be additional options we should be using..

Easy, Efficient, and Effective

What do you like best about the product?
I love that our team can easily collaborate from any device, anywhere. I find the platform extremely user-friendly and love that I can easily integrate my project workflows with other software programs we utilize. The ability to set up notifications based on my own preferences is also a huge plus. I also really love the templates that help me get organized quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the platform is SO robust it can take some time to set things up the way that works best for me or my team. In order for it to be most effective, you really do need to set aside some time to set up the boards and workspaces in a way that actually works. Also, not everyone on our team wants to login to a different platform to manage their workflow, so adoption has been an issue with several different individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, simply communicating and keeping all of our project information in one place is a challenge. We aren't a fully remote team by any means, but we do get pulled in a lot of directions and have a LOT on our plates. As a small, manufacturing business we're doing so much of the work ourselves so it can be hard to keep everything straight. Monday helps us stay organized, keep a record of our communications, and keep it out of our email inboxes where it can get buried.

An excellent way to organize your team remotely

What do you like best about the product?
I was introduced to Monday my first time working from home. I immediately found the platform very practical for dividing activities and managing large groups in different tasks. It's like having a table with the daily tasks of all employees with the appropriate post-it notes, making it possible to add comments and manage the progress status of each activity while maintaining control, leaving email conversations for essential cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that Monday offers many functions that I have not yet discovered. At first I thought it would be difficult to learn how to use all of its tools, but as long as you can apply the basics, even new users can do well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization and separation of tasks for each user is the biggest benefit of Monday. It may be interesting for groups to hold weekly meetings so that tasks can be discussed and properly implemented, but around the week each user will know what must be done to manage their time and meet deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Monday is the possibility to integrate apps like Slack and Gmail. Those automations improves our productivity a lot. The community of Monday is huge and really helpful, I often check the community page for new ideas to integrate!

Making Workflows is a big advantage for use, it helps us make flows that aren't possible with the "normal" automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some automations that can be improved. For example the use of formulas in automations or automate with a specific date for in the future, for now it's only possible to make automations with "today".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates a better overview with internal processes. It removes the uses of plenty Spreadsheets!
