A great tool with amazing time-savers options
What do you like best about the product?
Its super user friendly, anyone withouth any knowledge in IT can create automatizations, or use the integrations, also is very easy to understand how to create evry item or panel. The support team is very attentive and answer very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prices are getting high, so is a disadvantage cuz no everyone can pay for it, specially here in LATAM

Main the gather and organize all the information than we can need in our departmanet, the integrations between boards are very helpful to understand the real status of each task an the workload of the team

Monday helped us to see the different stages of a very complex project, made up of several work orders that overlapped and compromised the allocation of the available workforce.

At first, creating tasks is a little complex, but as you use them, the interface ends up being quite intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped a lot in delegating tasks to each employee in addition to helping to monitor the execution of tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that the ease of use and the ease of implementation of a table that you already have on Excel or similar is just too good.
I cannot imagine a day without being able to properly share tasks with colleagues and updates everyone working on the same job.
Another important feature is being able to automate a lot of different task and different board.

What do you dislike about the product?
Timesheet implementation is not complete and not updated. Some automation are consistent and others aren't. For a lot of things you'll need to add some external addon.

Monday helps automating my workflow, keep track of projects, create some gantt, and a lot of other fields. I use a lot the time management feature to keep track of our team schedule and to receive tech support request.

What do you like best about the product?
I was searching for a simple tool to manage me and my team activities. I can create activities quickly and visualize them in the Gantt chart. Compared to other tools, it's intuitive and sufficient for simple timelines with beautiful design.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a technical section to describe the definitions of a project manager (e.g., risk management, communication management, stakeholders management, cost management, etc.). Otherwise, I would need to manage this information outside the platform. I would like it to be integrated into a single space.

I need to oversee my team's activities in a simple and visual manner. Monday provides this capability and enables me to use my time more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company mainly uses monday everyday for keeping a digital record of inventory and the dates of projects, where everyone can collaborate and edit information. The user interface is simple and does not have a significant learning curve. We typically use the worksheet-based apps such as Smart spreadsheets for monday. For the automations, we are still exploring the options to see if they can improve our workflow. Connecting different boards together is also a really helpful feature that my team frequently uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, boards with many thousands of entries are slow to load data, especially on devices with weaker hardware. I believe future optimisations may improve on this aspect. The maximum entries per board is 10,000, meaning there will always be things that must be archived or transferred to another board before continuing.

Monday is an all in one solution for our work management needs. Having an online platform where everyone can collaborate and update records simplifies data management. Exporting to excel allows the creation of documents where more specific functions are needed for presentation to our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a very interesting service for creating, administering and controlling projects. A wide range of tools opens up great opportunities for operative and visual management of any workflow. It takes minimal time to master and implement the service, everything is intuitively simple and easy to understand. Currently the system is very dynamically updated and developed. I recommend you to try it, many people will find this service very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like the proposed system of charging and licensing of the monday.com product. Increasing the number of user licenses does not take into account the natural growth of the need for automation and integrations. Let's say for the Pro package the number of actions is 25 000 per month and this number does not change in any way, no matter how many users are connected 5 or 50. This is a problem. I think this resource should be proportionally increased in relation to the number of purchased licenses.

Informative and visual display of the current status of projects. Dynamic updating of project information. Prompt solution of arising tasks.
