Monday Makes Things Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, simple to understand appearance, and general layout. There are a lot of choices for project management software out there, but I enjoy using Monday. It pushes the user to simplify their systems and creates a little excitement over standard products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue I come across is when I want to create more complex formulas or systems inside a board. While it operates a lot like excel, I sometimes feel like I'm re teaching Excel to create the processes I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily I use Monday to have one simple board that tracks all the high level items on my project, and allows upper management to see the progress at a glance.

Monday.com has been helpful to organise my day, track where I am allocating my time and make changes based on reporting tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Have experienced a lag loading my boards on occasion but a refresh generally fixes the issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My department utilises Monday.com for time tracking of client requests and team labour usage. Using Monday.com allows my department to assess costs vs customer revenue and work out if additional headcount is required

What do you like best about the product?
Great user interface. Really simple to set up, and intuative task creation have led to using this as a daily collaboration utility. It is easy to get snapshot of project status and allocate activities among groups.

Would like the tasks to link so that gant updates based on previous tasks

The basic-ness and other advance features makes this a very good tool for our organisation requirement

I wish the search functionality was a bit faster for assign items and the "assign yourself" option becomes smoother

We can create one parent item and then plan all sub item and keep creating their sub items which helps us to group and simplify workflow

Love the automations you can use and interconnect with other boards & team members to make day-to-day workflow great.

Sometimes there are not enough capabilities with the Automations. <

Monday.com is great for handling multiple users who all work together to complete similar tasks and can hold them accountable while using the system, as it provides complete transparency into what everyone is working on.

What do you like best about the product?
Using monday.com is great - very user friendly, and love the amount of customisation available. A very smooth looking interface, which is helpful when workspaces start getting bigger and more complex. I love especially the automation and integration features, this has made it very easy to streamline workflows and processes. We use monday.com every day across the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about monday.com, but some small things that could be better:
It would be great if the pdf exports of documents looked more like their original counterparts instead of just text based, or if you could implement different "views" on the same board for different people. For example, if there is a board with a number of different creative groups, being able to set some of these groups to view only for certain employees within the same board. There are currently work arounds for this but it would be easier to just be able to be more selective about what certain people can see in each board.

Without monday.com, we would have our workflow and process split across a number of apps. So monday.com is helping make things streamlined, meaning we are all more productive and easily able to see each team members' progress across the board.
Versatile tool to manage your workflows
What do you like best about the product?
IT is a tool that is easy to configure and impleme. You can do a bunch of things in a single place: You can build multiple boards, add documents to follow up on meetings and add from there action items, you can set simple or super complex workflows, it is easy for people to understand it and use it and the support is good. What's more they keep adding features. I use it to manage a global team and it help`s me to keep things in order and on track
What do you dislike about the product?
The Docs section is still buggy. Example the copy and paste sometimes lags, if the doc is too big it starts to work in a funky way
