Powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use it on a daily basis and is pretty easy to use, the thing i like the most is that has a very friendly interface so is easy to implement and to share with other teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion the platform should have more tools to develop, for example to download to excel or to automatize with other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us to work with other teams in an easy way.
Makes interdepartmental Coordination A breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps in sequencing, prioritizing and aligning all tasks and interdepartmental assignments. It greatly helps in having a birds eye view on certain tasks that may be lagging or delayed and helps in managing the deliverables accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally, speaking its pretty much aligned to my expectations, some help with interfacing and sending optional text reminders can be helpful too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is mainly helping with timing the resources and assigning tasks and monitor themf or execution

What do you like best about the product?
The organization and ability to share progress in real time in one location has been a game changer for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
They have bugs or kinks they have to work out pretty frequently (like any software), but they are typically resolved quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to have a single location to see where in the monthly process all of our accounts are. It also allows managers and leaders to monitor tasks by employee to make sure everything is being completed on time, and to see where breakdowns happen within the process.
Easier overview for all forms (many of them)
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard than gives an amazing overview of all forms/boards... you have in a workspace. Makes it easier to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the forms, you can't have separate sections (such as in Google Forms) which is a bit annoying, your section title will appear in the question where you've integrated it, which is not ideal for data processing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Template forms, having separate groups in the backend of a form which makes a form reusable!
Best Project Management Collaborative Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most important aspect of Monday is the ability to collaborate with our clients who don't have a Monday.com subscription. This is critical to the success of our projects. There are many other features that we love about Monday.com and our review will cover those features, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Microsoft Teams integration is very limited. It only alows us to connect the activity from a single Board into Teams. If we could connect our Boards related to our Client Teams channels that would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our Go To PM tool. It allows us to manage many projects across many clients with great visibility of each project and our total resources across all projects. It solves the complex problem of managing multiple projects for many different clients.
Extensive Monday.com User
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Extremely customizable. Quick response time. Highly integrable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am so far very happy with what Monday.com provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great tool to do project management. I am using it even for CRM, custom job descriptions etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very organized and easy to upload any tasks. We use it frequently; if there is anything wrong they have a great customer support team to find the cause and solve the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes lot of space and sometimes some tasks are gone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need all the workers to see the tasks and be able to complete daily tasks. Monday.com helps us to create tasks and once it is done we know who completes the tasks.
Excellent tool for managing projects and tasks
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most important features of Monday.com is the ability to automate. You can automate organization (such as, move item to "XYZ" group when marked "Done"), assignments (such as, assign item to "so and so" if status is marked "review"), and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
One big drawback for my team is the inability to create subitems of subitems. You are limited to only one set of subitems per item. The restriction could be useful for some who may otherwise get out of hand with too many subitems. But I'd prefer having the option so we can decide the best approach for ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of our team's tasks, plans, projects, and documents all in one place has been a gamechanger for us, where before we were scattered across Google Drive, OneDrive, Sharepoint, and more.
Convenient project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find the project boards, groups, and task columns to be very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was possible to create multiple variations of a project board within that board -- something like board tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com helps me collaborate with my team on weekly/monthly/annual projects and helps me keep track of my large-scale event planning.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see everyone's workload and ease of assigning and marking off tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little challenging to get the hang of at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the headache of not having a million steps for each project or event having to be organized in a hellacious spreadsheet. Also, the email reminder of upcoming tasks is a god-send to stay on top of priorities.
