A Swiss-Army Knife of Productivity

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is super flexible and allows us to run various workflows--project management, internal collaboration, event planning, reminders, and more--all in one place. It also integrates well with Slack, which we use extensively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web app has become complex enough that sometimes it can be a bit unresponsive...but maybe I just need a newer computer. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com's project management allows us to manage and track long-running projects, including our yearly goals and their underlying rocks. It allows us to easily keep track of progress and notify stakeholders and contributors of upcoming/ongoing assignments. This helps keep the team organized and motivated as we go throughout the year.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday arrived in our lives in an overwhelming way, bringing a new way of managing time and activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Among various exceptional features existing in Monday, in terms of formulas for automations, there is still a lack of more specific formulas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task organization - bringing better understanding to the team whose results become more evident

What do you like best about the product?
It has helped my peers and I have an organized structure to the numerous amount of daily requests. Its eash interface allows our newcomers pick up, understand and implement changes on their first use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few times the transisition between boards is faily slow. Even more so in the application. But it still loads regardless of amount of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved our inability to maintain a structure for requests coming in, fulfilling orders and following up on orders sent.
We now have a control of all the orders coming in, orders going out and another board to track our follow ups.

What do you like best about the product?
Is very easy to collaborate with other team members, and teams, easy to check task and performance
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty to export reports, collaborate cross boards, not possible to see an overview on calendar with all the team or personal task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to collaborate with colleagues and keep all the information together. easy to complete task and keep updated with the assigned task and projects.

Works good for live documents

What do you like best about the product?
It is a live document and anyone can make changes to it and it reflects on the site immediately
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some more features I would like to see incoperated but overall it has a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me solve accuracy because it is in real time and can be updated at any time.

Great Project Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Monday's automations and customization is really what sells it for me. Since I work on numerous projects with a handful of different brands a day, having the automations ready to go when a new project comes in, or a project status changes is very helpful. Monday's reps are also great people to work with and are always an email away whenever I have any trouble shooting needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very rarely, will the automations stop working and I will have to turn them on and off again to reset them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving a Birds Eye view of everything that comes in and out of the agency I work at.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpfull thing about monday.com is how felxible it is and how easy to make the jump from paper based business to all online, and how quick it can be set up with ready made temlates or guides as well as the many intergrations with other mainstream software like accounting or comunication platforms.

Overall this is a daily driver for team work or working on your won projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lack of clarity when looking into try before you buy not everyone wants to do a 14 day trial after registering, mybe create a dummy portal to let people see and use before a trial to show it working.

Some training vidios are out of date in a sense of when the platform updates / chages it no longer looks the same in the training vidio to what your using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is pulling togeather our information that is scattered across computers and phisical files, allowing us to access data quickly and reducing errors from missing tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can file more efficiently the documentation and have a better order, you can automate it a lot to make the time and the way of working more efficient, as well as the teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes updates make searches more complicated, I understand that it makes them more detailed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps me by speeding up the organization of the information as well as the calculations I need.

Great search tools, performance metrics and it is easy to read

sometimes timer settings can be a bit slowish

It helps to keep restaurant information clean, helps to see progress that has been made with the venue etc.
