What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, quick and gets the job done
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to say. I don't use everything but there's a lot of stuff and sometimes it's difficult to find comments or updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of prjects and tasks to work on. Monday makes it easy to set a deadline while provifing ongoing updates until completion.

What do you like best about the product?
On monday.com, I particularly appreciate the overall speed and clarity of the system. The entire platform is incredibly intuitive and fully functional. I thoroughly enjoy the automations, which work precisely as I need them to.

Ease of Use: monday.com is highly intuitive and user-friendly.
Ease of Implementation: Implementing tasks is straightforward, although occasional hiccups may occur with automations.
Customer Support: I have not required customer support, so I cannot provide feedback on this aspect.
Frequency of Use: I use monday.com regularly for its efficiency and reliability.
Number of Features: The platform offers a rich set of features, especially the enjoyable and well-functioning automations.
Ease of Integration: Integration is seamless, contributing to the overall positive user experience.

Customer service and Customer support is also always 10/10 when there is some problems, they always solve it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
On monday.com, everything suits my needs, except it occasionally frustrates me when an automation doesn't work as intended. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com effectively addresses my organizational needs by providing a comprehensive and efficient platform. While I occasionally encounter frustration when specific automations fail to function as intended, the process of troubleshooting and resolving these issues becomes an engaging and enlightening experience for me.

The platform's standout qualities include its remarkable speed and system clarity, which I absolutely love. The overall design is playful yet fully functional, creating a delightful user experience. I find great enjoyment in utilizing the precisely functioning automations that align seamlessly with my requirements.

Monday as a great project management tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the tool can be so simple but at the same time, handle complex systems that are customizable to my team's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the learning curve is a bit steep at first, making people turn away from the product before they get to fully try it. At the same time, there have been instances where Monday.com would sometimes experience glitches, causing some information harder to obtain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps with file, data, and resource management. As a project manager, I am able to better see how timelines are coming along, how heavy employee workloads are, and how projects stack up against one another.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com allows me to manage projects and communicate organization-wide out of one system; personal and team processes are now getting to their most efficient states as implementation is continuing throughout our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration has been a semi-difficult process, as it requires many members of our organization to change their current processes entirely. Additionally, customer support and success managers have been difficult to get a hold of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Holding all members of a workflow accountable and allowing the information to infiltrate multiple departments with ease. Further reducing excess communications by using automations has improved accountability. Organization of projects and portfolios that occur simultaneously allows for a streamlined approach to everyday workflows, instead of breaking down the process across platforms.

Monday.com! Great for organizing at the Non-profit level

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com works great for small teams. Managing the workspaces in a small nonprofit on Monday.com has been relatively easy. We use Monday daily but rely on it for special moments or events to monitor or track our activities. It has been relatively easy to implement processes regarding advocacy, follow-up on grant proposals and communications requests. We have also been able to integrate it with Gmail and Slack to advance our automatizations and have our work tools better inter-connected. Monday is also very helpful for administrative or HR-like procedures at small-scale organizations, as it becomes a way to streamline the processes and follow up on vacations or days off. My only experience with customer support has been regarding administrative procedures (billing), but the Monday team's response was relatively fast and to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main downsides of using monday.com is the learning curve. It was quite steep for us as a non-profit, and people struggled to get used to giving updates or starting some process through the platform. It was also easy to get lost in so many workspaces initially. One technical issue we didn't consider was that Monday.com was not available in all of the countries we operate, so logistically, it meant not having the team on board to standardize processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solved issues regarding streamlining processes and enhancing the efficiency of existing processes. For example, we have very hefty event organization in March and October, and Monday has facilitated the follow-up on action items and document storage/follow-up for the organization—the same to present proposals and submit input to donors.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Monday shares updates across our team in real-time. We can communicate effectively without confusion or extra steps. I like that Monday is easy to use and automation helps us understand exactly where we are on each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Monday is not easy for all of my colleagues to integrate into their own workflow. While for me it's part of my everyday routine and something I check on many times each day, it's hard for many of my colleages to find time to check Monday. It's not been easy to get everyone to adapt to integrating this into their workflow. I think it may be easier if there were better integrations with other applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps all of our many, many projects in one place and helps us stay informed on progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me and my team organize our orders, campaigns, projects, and more in a way that allows us to share written updates and create a home base for information. I use Monday nearly every day for many different areas of business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have the option to create sub tasks for subtasks. I also think that occassionally attachments upload in an odd way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us organize information and create an improved workflow. Without Monday it would be difficult to keep all of our information organized.
