Project Manager and Admin's BFF!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is used heavily across our People Ops and Training teams, and we've recently gotten our Sales team to implement it more in their day-to-day. Anything from tracking purchases, rosters, attrition, retention, schedules...I could go on and on! Love that we can import and export to Excel/Sheets as well. Their customer support is SUPER responsive. They will even access your boards (with permission) to try and find a solution as well. Also, automate ALL the things :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish we could customize the automations a bit more granularly. That is my only critique

Managing our onboarding and offboarding tasks

I love the colour coded options and how attractive it makes my organization look!

I find it a bit overwhelming at times to have so many boards that my team leader creates and they're hard to find if I don't know what the title is.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps us organize our production flow and helps communication between our team members. It is easy to use and was a snap to implement.

Right now we have no complaints about Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps solve problems of communicating SOA information from sales to production and gives a visualization of workflow so that all levels of staff know what is happening with each concurrent project.
Monday keeps us organized and structured from within.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable and visually organized Monday.com is. Our company uses it to manage marketing campaigns, office projects, and company-wide initiatives, and it helps us stay on track across multiple locations. The customizations with colors, labels, etc, make it FUN to use as well. The customer support that we do get is always top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform can feel a bit overwhelming, especially for new users. There are so many features that it takes time to learn how to use them efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us stay organized across all 25 dental offices by centralizing project management, marketing requests, and interdepartmental communication. It reduces back-and-forth emails, keeps tasks from falling through the cracks, and allows us to track progress in real time. It’s made our workflows much more efficient and ensures everyone is aligned, whether they’re at corporate or in an office.
If You're a Checklist Kind of Employee, Monday.com is For You!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped transition me from a simple post-it note to-do/Checklist list to a more detail orientated avenue. I am able to customize each of my board to fit my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some trouble figuring out the automations and resulted to trial and error when setting them up. Maybe a little more explanation on what happens when you set a certain automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My position requires several checklist and to-do list and Monday.com has helped organize those lists and keep them on one platform. I also love that I can add notes and extra details to each board.
Wonderful way to organize projects across multiple departments
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of communication between departments that help cut down on intercompany emails. The calendar function helps quickly see what's on the schedule for the day. Our company has created multiple uses for it within different departments that fit the unique need of the information that needs to be shared. I am in Monday.com multiple times a day changing priorities for my team due to external factors and it has been super easy to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is primarily a project management tool, it would be helpful to add in systems such as spreadsheets to help manipulate the data futher. For example, I have not been able to figure out how to sum the rows instead of the columns even after researching online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my team specifically, it is helping with the schedule of workflow and gives the most up to date detail to multiple teams without having to send multiple emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps you projects organized and keeps people accoutable. I like how when things are created in Monday it will message the corect indiviuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have experienced so far is not be able to notify someone after you add them to the orginal group.

Keep our projects sceduled and keeping the correct people accouble for being on task.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it really is that good to use and implement across the organisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instant capture of; actions, timescales, cokmunication with colleagues, sharing practice, tracking of impact against KPIs, saves a huge amount of time looking and reading minutes of meetings and agenda writing.
A very helpful platform for daily projects
What do you like best about the product?
Automations, boards, tickets. It's easy to use for everyone and the user experience is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
All automations are not available for sub items. Furthermore, I wish I could personalize automations more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Monday, we do not need to send plenty of emails. Monday save us time and effort. It's very convenient for processes and helping us to create our content (landing pages, emails, videos etc).

How often they offer new features. Easy to use without having to train team members up.

The view of longer worded columns is hard to navigate
