Helps me keep track of all my tasks on an easy to use app
What do you like best about the product?
Gives me the ability to create task boards for different teams and indivduals. I can assign tasks based by user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Great product! Tough to find a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the issue of losing sight of taks and goals making them easy to track.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday.com is user-friendly and, when I can't immediately figure something out, there are good quality help articles and speedy agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
My organization uses mostly fundamental functions and the number of features almost clutters the interface. That being said, it is not difficult to search and find the templates (etc) that I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a userfriendly easy to understand flow and outline for event planning and managing our new innovations. I especially like the interface for sharing documents and chatting within each task in a project.
Monday.com for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is extremely easy to use and I love that I'm able to use its flexible features to constantly improve/iterate on my work. It integrates with so many existing tools and has become my most frequently used tool in my day-to-day. Account managers provide excellent, timely support when required. New features get released constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor feature limitations persist (i.e. unable to sort groups on a Gantt chart) or inability to do everything with subitems that you would with items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to solve project management gaps, issues on how to effectively collaborate on a project and how to manage cross-functional workflows.
Intuitive and easy-to-use tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy-to-understand tool, and you can also customize it according to the needs of your project or company. The wide variety of integrations it has is also a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
When set up as a CRM, it is not as good as a CRM, the view is not comfortable, it takes time to understand how it works, and you have to look at several sections to understand the flow of prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, I have not had any problems with Monday that need to be reported, everything usually works 100%.

It's flexible and I can customize it to my needs. I also love the automated forms. We use them all the time for our brokers to assign projects to us. In fact we use the software ona daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not really anything I dislike about Monday. I do have a suggestion of adding a way to color code boards by their progress - not started, on hold, active, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us track our workflow. There are two of us working in our Marketing Department. To initiate a project, we have our brokers fill out a Monday Form. Once they do, it automatically creates a corresponding board with our tasks and e-mails us to let us know we have a new assignment. Since we are almost always working on multiple projects at a time, and often have to switch back and forth and jump in to help on each other's projects, Monday helps us be the most efficient at keeping up with what we have to do and coordinating our assignments.

Monday is just really straightforward and intuitive. It takes very little to set up and makes collaboration a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. There is not many downsides other than cost but that info is all upfront so you already know what it costs.

Implementation was easy across the whole company and on the rare occasions we needed support it was right there.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some missing functionality across sub-items but updates made recently have gone some way to address this. The main area still to address would be sub-items not displaying on calendar view when allocated to a different operator.
Integration could be better especially with phone systems. We dont like to rely on a third party app to acheive integration.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a Multi platform solution across our business which enables us to allocate and manage work across our service engineers, finance, HR and customer Service departments. This dramatically reduces time and paperwork and provides real-time updates including task allocation and status. We are constantly finding new areas where Monday can help our business such as in the creation of check forms, assessments and quality control.

Lack of automation, and not many other tools have integration with monday.com, and you need to use Zapier

What do you like best about the product?
I would rate this website a 9 out of 10. It's a fine website with a user-friendly interface, smooth navigation, and valuable content. The design is appealing, and it effectively serves its purpose. The only reason it's not a perfect 10 is due to a minor issue that could be improved. Overall, a great experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
I was not able to recover my snowman in the holiday season after I pressed X button.

I've uploaded several cases and documents on the platform. The primary advantage of utilizing Monday is the smooth tracking and efficient management of these cases.
