Love it!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so easy to use and easy to customize. The help areas/community areas are very helpfull and I have learned a lot on how to make my instance work best for me and my needs. I use this for every project I manage no matter the size.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features I would like to see but I am dependant on my companies permissions to use them. Any additional features I would like appear to be on the list for Monday.com to incorporate in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it so easy to create project dashboards to provide high level status updates and roadmaps to my senior leadership team on the projects that I am managing. I also use it for work tracking and keeping ideas/events organized for my small business (I have a free account for that but use Enterprise for my primary job)
This tool has made our team more efficient and transparent!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been amazing for our team in keeping our day-to-day projects and deliverables streamlined, but has also become an archive for storing our big ideas, internal and external resources, and first and foremost has added recognition and visibility for our in-house and freelance teams, showcasing their workload and ability to meet deadlines to management in a visual way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel that we use Monday to the best of the tool's ability, we have a template that we stick with and dont explore other ways of visualizing data or using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We first launched it to help give visibility into the workload of our creative and merchandising teams. Since then many teams have adopted the tool for project management and document archiving.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can put everything in one place. I don't have to store emails for years and try searching through them when I need something.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any real downsides, but there are at least 2 features that would make things easier. It would be nice to have the option for a subitem on a subitem, so at least 3 tiers on items. It would also be nice if when I duplicated something, the duplicated items remained check marked so I could instantly group move them - or if there were a way to more quickly duplicate numerous subitems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking - Monday.com has consolidated and streamlined our monitoring of all our contractors (current and past). We can easily retain information about the contractor for future contracts.
Organization - The entire management staff has access to the hiring and onboarding process so we can see where our resources are at any time. We can collaborate easily and quickly access any information we need regarding the contractor.
Storage/Retention of Information - Monday.com has provided a centralized place to store important information about our clients/campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
The best two features about Monday are the simple interface and the file storing and sharing. With those two working smoothly, you can run an agency without a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I don't really have any dislikes. The solutions does exactly what we need it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday gives us one singular place - that integrates with Slack - to manage our files and workflow. If something is in Monday, I know it's in a safe and sharable place. With that, we can get just about anything done.
Monday.com is a LIFESAVER
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an extremely versatile platform. I often try to describe it to clients as somewhat of an excel sheet on steroids...but have come to the colclusion that does not do it justice. Our team has created our entire internal system in and around Monday.com. It is, by definition, a very sticky product! We use MDC everyday, all day. It's extremely user friendly and figuring out how to do something is super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
As for limitations, app integrations could be more user friendly..very minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com serves as a project management system for us. Connecting with our CRM and creating a line item when a deal is closed. I helps our impplementation team track status's, progress, invoicing, and client communications.
It also serves as a client communication and ordering platform. eliminating 50+email chains, clients can now order + communicate and get real time updates on their projects.

Has made my life so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
My agency had a few different ways of communicating project updates and such. Once we streamlined everything in Monday, tasks stopped falling through the cracks, I always know what's in the pipeline, and can refer back to older campaigns when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only gripe is not being able to see the parent task on the My Work page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a big fan of accountability! I think putting everything in Monday keeps everyone honest (or at least it's easy to tell when someone isn't being honest).

I love how flexible and intuitive monday.com is! As someone without a technical or coding background, it is so easy to quickly use the many features monday offers. The customer support is amazing, I love all of the resources monday offers in their community page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more flexibility / customization in dashboarding widgets!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team utilizes Monday to implement Agile ways of working. We use monday to track decisions/actions, sprint planning, and remain accountable for our broader team goals. It enables us to achieve our goals while easily sharing our progress and results with stakeholders.
Great tool for structuring project management within a team
What do you like best about the product?
So easy and idiot-proof! Super colorful and clear tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pages can get really heavy and take forever to load if too much information/files are added to a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One emplacement for all information. Employees have access to the same information and linking boards together provides accurate information that's updated everywhere at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is easy to fit and adapt to daily life, so it's very easy to praise the entire application and I will definitely use it for years and years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes everything gets a bit confusing due to the lack of editable mechanics in specific folders, but it's a minor detail.

Greater organization of all projects.
