Customizable and User-Friendly Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I find monday Work Management incredibly beneficial for keeping our team organized and efficiently automating tasks, which has been pivotal for our internal team management and work projects over the four years I've used the platform. I particularly love the ease of customization, which allows me to tailor the tool exactly to our needs, enhancing its utility. Additionally, the user-friendly interface makes navigation seamless, promoting smooth collaboration and making it easy to manage tasks with my team. The initial setup was pretty simple, which made the transition to using it effortless and stress-free. The fact that it integrates with HubSpot adds another layer of convenience by streamlining our workflow across different tools.

Effortless Results Tracking with Flexible Viewing Options
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to track results and then see the overview of the results. I like how there is different options to view results

wish the font size was bigger. Also wish I could select a label and pull it down to copy it to multiple lines below

Easy to Use and Great for Visualizing Work Progress
What do you like best about the product?
It's relatively easy to use the basic functions and it's a great way to visually display work progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some on the functionalities seem limited in terms of having to have a sub item to update the overall item. Advanced functions are quite tricky to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping stakeholders in the loop with what stage an asset or piece of content is at.
Streamlined Project and Contract Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using monday Work Management for several reasons. Its board integrations and automations streamline our processes significantly, saving me valuable time in communicating about tasks. I appreciate the ability to invite guests to view individual boards, which enhances collaboration with those outside our organization. The recent addition of wraparound text in text boxes is a helpful enhancement, allowing me to see the full amount of information within a cell effortlessly. This feature is particularly beneficial when managing extensive data. I also value the variety of cell formats available, which adds flexibility to how information is presented and organized. Overall, these features contribute to a more efficient and organized workflow, making monday Work Management a valuable tool in my project and contract management processes. Additionally, the initial setup was quite intuitive despite a slight learning curve, which further adds to its ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more customization between boards and groups in Monday Work Management. Specifically, I would like the ability to make boards different for various purposes, such as having one board for managing contracts and another for managing tasks, with easy integration between the two. It seems possible that this functionality exists, but I haven’t discovered how to implement it yet. Additionally, even though the wraparound text feature is helpful, I find it challenging to insert text at specific points within a cell, as the text often starts at the beginning or end, making it hard to access specific areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to keep projects organized in one place, tracking progress, and sharing checklists with partners. It saves time in communication and supports collaboration with external teams through guest access.
Effortless Access and Unlimited Storage Make Work a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easily I can access all my work subjects. The search bar is extremely helpful, making it simple to find exactly what I need. I also like that I can store as many attachments as I want, with two different options for doing so. I enjoy being able to use hashtags to tag other colleagues as well. What I find best about monday is that when I need to recall an old subject or project, especially when there are many questions, it's great to have all the data available within seconds, without the hassle of remembering which files everything is in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to open multiple subjects at once. Currently, I am only able to expand one subject at a time under each title.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a reliability engineer, and this tool makes it much easier for me to do my job.
Intuitive Design and Granular Customisation makes Workflows a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration is made very easy on Monday, where multiple people can work on the same workspaces, boards, or even item updates. The ability to "@" for notifications, or create a column and assign users improves the diversity of Monday as a WM tool. The design & customisation of boards, i.e. creating a 'Priority' or 'Status' column, setting its cell + font colour, and editing its dropdown options. The documentation is plentiful which means I can solve any issues or feature requests from my team without waiting on customer support. The duplication of boards is great for repeating projects as it retains columns, data types, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue is the web app & desktop app seem to be resource intensive on the device. This can make everyday use tedious when having to wait on boards loading or adding items. CRM has the option to set 'New Item' as 'New Item via Form' as the default method; WM lacks this feature. Also, the Favourites section only includes Boards and similar items, but not to favourite the Workspaces themselves which is a nuisance. The App Marketplace is ambigious with costs and lacks the ability to filter in bit more depth, i.e. by commercials, rating, downloads, etc.

A centralised workspace for the team to manage projects and formalise the progress/completion of tasks.

Hard to make changes on an existing tables

Collaboration between teams, online Gantt, being able to share out of the org.
Easy to Use with Great Integration and Clear Communication
What do you like best about the product?
This software is easy to use and offers clear communication traceability. I appreciate its attractive layout, as well as the integration options with other apps and its API.

Certain features don't function as expected, and some aspects aren't as intuitive as they could be.

This tool helps reduce the time required for projects by streamlining both communication and planning processes.
Seamless Integrations with Zapier, Slack, Shopify, and Chatra
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Zapier and Slack is smooth as well as with Shopify and Chatra.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes highlighting is kind of hard or not easy when I am trying to clean up a specific tracker from our sales for monthly cleaning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolves our manual process when it comes to entering data from our Abandon Cart. The only challenge that we have are the inbound leads that we manually enter since we don't have any integration with our dialer for it as of the moment.
All-in-One CRM Solution That Streamlines Sales and Aftersales

We use monday as the main CRM system so it basicly combines everything for us. Sales and aftersales

There is not really something thayt we dislike, maybe the downtime sometimes
