Practical and easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows you to make as many sections listed to each other as possible for easy flow and navigation. Separate boards and the ability to filter each of them is a lifesaver. It took me 3 days to get used to the interface and manage the boards freely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is slow which is nerve-racking. And I don't like that it closes the sub-item when I open notifications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us connect with groups across the world and manage the workflow efficiently while having different timelines. It is a great way to connect with different departments and organize the needed documents in private boards too.
Perfect for office use
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great website for companies with offices in different locations. It allows colleagues to connect easily across the globe. From personal experience, I can say that it has a lot of useful features like creating different boards, table of contents and so much more. I use Monday every day for my office work and it is very comfortable, allowing me to contact my colleagues in different countries, making our work much easier and more efficient. Monday has a lot of integrations with other useful apps and websites, making it even more appealing, having it ready for use in other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about Monday is it's data usage. It loads a lot of data, making it a bit slow when I need to multitask and do my tasks faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to connect to my colleagues across the globe and collaborate on projects online with ease. Being able to create different projects and boards online with them is a game-changer while working for an international company.
I have been using Monday for the last 10 months and it feels amazing.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to search for any information, any client board, or documents. It really makes work easier and easier every day.

Sometimes the person I tag in subitems is not getting the notification.

I can easily navigate through significant information that the company owns for the last 10+ years.
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very user friendly. You can personnalise it to make it most useful for you and your team. There is a large variety of features on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I experienced with monday.com is the occasional glitch while tracking time for tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com gives our team of fully remote workers a platform to access important ressources for their work such as announcements, documents, lists, team meeting recordings and notes, etc. It also allows the team members to track their time spent on different projects.
Great Team Organizational Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation feature.That it connects to emails, forms, etc. It is also great for collaborating with the entire work team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the mobile version. Its not as friendly for on the go use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our communication and time management. We use it as a task board for our warehouse floor. They can easily see tasks, print documents, mark things done or incomplete. It has made "to do's" so much easier!

Due to how we use the product, the updates of the timeline can be a bit frustrating.

This helps to organise a workload and this ensures everyone knows what is being completed or needs to be completed.
Really helps me organize and structure my work and the work of the people I work with.

It might something more associated with my lack of time, but I am having a difficult time implementing it as a crm system. People don't love using it for that just yet

Project Management MAGIC!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Monday.com is the flexibility to set up your boards and dashboards how you want. It's truly served me so well in my role with project management in tracking, updating, and more! I also have loved using the automations to move items once they're completed, notify teammates on changes, and send emails with status updates. Oh, it also helps that the colors are fun AND there are LLAMAS!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if anyone else has issues with this, but sometimes my dashboards will glitch and not show my integrated boards. It can be frustrating because I look to my dashboard to see everything in one place, but it's not a terrible workaround to have to go look at the board itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have all teammates tasks and projects in one space. This has helped us tremendously when it comes to communication and efficiency. We've loved being able to see where everyone is at a glance rather than having to email or slack about updates.
The "just-right" amount
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the "just-right" amount of features. We are able to be organized without being bogged down with steps and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything that upsets me about Monday.

Some useful features are hiden behind "Enterprise" subscription plans without clear pricing structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com gives my team the ability to overview our sales pipeline, track tasks required in each sales and run useful reports about the transactions we're tracking.
