Monday.com has been very beneficial to our small business.
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to separate every facet of the business in a well-organized manner. Monday.com works seamlessly with Excel and Outlook. I can create a professional Gantt Chart that is easily deciphered by investors and contractors alike. I use the mobile app DAILY.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change is the ability to drag and drop certain items into another board or EASILY copy items from one board to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to Show Gantt Charts to outside investors, and Monday allows us to do so and not jeopardize crucial information. We also needed a way to show information in an easy-to-read format, and Monday allows us to do so.

Easy to navigate and creating all work stuff. Easy to handle all the assigned tast. Easy to implement

Monday.com has been an excellent addition to our project management and executive planning cadences.
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of boards, widgets available, easy of markdown and formatting. Alerting features. Easy to integrate with other platforms liek Jira and slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
The login experience can be a little wonky , even when using the fantastic MacOS app i get redirected to web and that's not a great experience.

Accountability, Project Timelines, keeping visibility of executive planning.

The ability to track the progress of everything inside our company

Limited subsciber access. They need a platform that inbetween 10 and unlimited users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday for driver recruiting and driver retention. It allows us as a business to go to one place to see all the inforamation that applies to our drivers. There concerns are documented and a person is assigned to handle the issues.
I love Monday.com. This is a fantastic product!

What do you like best about the product?
I've worked with remote teams for over 15 years and it is the absolute easiest way to collaborate and track projects. I love the ways we can invite clients to our boards for visibility and it allows our agency to move hundreds of projects through the production queue weekly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subtasks need to stay with parent tasks - would be nice if they could split up.
Would be great to have client vs team visibility on updates so that we could avoid having a client board and an internal board.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have over 50 people - employees, contractors and clients - collaborating over Monday.com and it is a godsend! We work in the financial industry and it is especially helpful for clients who are unable to use google docs or accept attachments - we can send everything through Monday and it doesn't impact their compliance restrictions.

What do you like best about the product?
How simple yet useful it is, the interface is user friendly / easy to navigate. At the same time, the platform offers numerous functionalities/capabilities that make handling tasks and information super easy and manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could apply text color to monday replies, this is a function available on main updates, but not possible via replies on main updates. Would be helpful!

It streamlines communication and task on any given project. As a project/account manager, monday.com makes it easy to keep track of many moving parts and delegate tasks where needed.

It is very helpful keeping all your items and tasks organized. You can create a board for just about anything. Add co workers and or open line of communication

I have not come across anything I don't like at the moment.
