I am using this app from last three years, I didn't have any issue with this app.

What do you like best about the product?
You can set up a Monday board in a really easy-to-use way, so users will understand intuitively what to do. At the same time, there is a lot of capability for more advanced set-ups, with a higher degree of automation and intelligence. Also integrates well with Slack and other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel I haven't discovered most of its potential, a lot of the options seem to be a bit of a secret to me

Makes transparent to the whole team what has been done, is currently done and needs to be done

The number of features availabel is remarkable, it makes every day use to much easier. I have never had to use the customer service but I am aware of how readily available it is. I use this platform daily and it helps me so much as my role as events marketing coordinator.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes feels over complicated, but once you get familiar with it you understand how it all works very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as an events marking coordiantor and it helps me to store all of my information in one place so I know where evrything is, the sub items really help me to locate everything I need.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a tool that allows you to organize, structure and prioritize your work activities in a simple and effective way. If what you need is to have an organized structure for your daily work, it is perfect for that use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the visual structure is not of much help, since having a horizontally arranged board can give you better compression by simulating a real board. Just like time and date formats, they sometimes get "stuck."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolves the communication and organization of both ideas and internal activities of a creative work team, giving you the facility that, in a controlled and organized environment, ideas are structured, verified and distributed in an easy way and in real time.

It offers robust collaboration features, including real-time updates, file sharing, and commenting on tasks. This helps teams stay connected and informed about project progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has great shortcuts and it's always easy to find what you need, which is great when we had the team in there 9-5, 5 days a week.
There are various integrations that have been helpful too.

What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't find it easy to share some aspects of it with the client.
It may have been the way we had it set up for our purposes but we found it hard to keep on top of a clients top-level performance.

What do you like best about the product?
We have a small three-person marketing agency, and monday.com has been our project managment system for at least five years. It's easy to set up and use, and has much more robust tools, if you need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The robust tools can be confusing sometimes, but I think that's just our inexperience using them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a central place to keep all up to date on various projects, provides a "to do" list for us, helps us prioritize our work, and helps us communicate/collaborate asynchronously.

Ease of use and simple, customized setup. Support is very available if needed. We use it every day.

Mobile version can be improved to be top-notch

What do you like best about the product?
I love the status' and the personalisaion on the boards. It has a lot of different column types to suit your needs and it's incredibly collaborative.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features missing such as moving a task from one board to another and copy and pasting status options from one board to another (you have to do it manually). Also the dashboard views can be glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves deligation, it helps with breaking down a task and understanding where you're at for each task, you can work collaboratively. I work in social media so I love the fact you can export excel sheets as a board!
