Great to manage workflow!
What do you like best about the product?
Mondays is very easy to use, it has a number of features that are easy to intergrate and help implement my workflow. I use it everyday to schedule my tasks. The customer support is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes linking to baords together using formulas can be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage workflow.

I like how they consider the client's needs and ideas. You can submit product requests and there's a great chance that they would be added to the product.

Sometimes Support takes to long to get back to you, or ask too many questions before helping at all

I have been using monday.com for a few years now and while all the options can get complicated quickly I do love the flexibility of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to find how you really need to solve an idea that you want to do.

The user interface is very easy to work with, we're in Monday.com daily!

I know that there are many features that we're not taking advantage of but it feels daunting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We using Monday.com as our CRM to keep track of potential client interactions, agreements and wins!
Good for Project Management and organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Monday.com has so many functions. I use it for work purposes for organization, project tracking, and goal tracking. I also use it with my team to plan accountabilities on projects and track progress. It is also pretty easy to figure out how to use. Also easy to invite new members as an admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday could be a lot better aesthetically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving a lot of problems company wide, including project management, project collaboration, task management, and collaborative work management.
I've used them all, monday.com is ahead of the pack

Ease of use. Onboarding is minimal because the platform is intuitive once you get the basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could be better and more user friendly. It improved greatly with this latest update (Dec 2023). Dashboards can be a little confusing.

monday.com keeps all my tasks together and organized. It helps improve produtivity.
Monday.Com for Project Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com makes it easy to track projects from start to finish. We have a lot of recurring business so tracking projects and setting reminders is very easy. If there are edits to a project, it's very easy to see what edits were made and to have all the information about a project in one spot. Monday.com has helped our team complete projects efficiently and collaborate effectively - where you can always go back and look at past projects. Because we have clients with multiple projects going on at the same time, it makes organizing them a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a difficult time with the app in terms of searching for specific client projects on my phone because we do have clients with multiple projects going on concurrently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so many clients and multiple projects for clients, going back and forth via email was not cutting it. Things would get missed or lost and Monday.com has helped my team streamline our projects so we can be more efficient and provide better customer service. Collaborating on projects is now easier than ever. From an organizational perspective, this platform is amazing - everything related to a single project is in one spot and you can go back and reference at any point.

The lack of information on automations; they feel incredibly complex to those who are not familiar with them.

What do you like best about the product?
Effortlessly set up and navigate Monday.com for seamless collaboration with my project manager, Operations, and Admin on a daily basis. The platform boasts a plethora of fantastic features, with continuous updates adding even more functionality. Its smooth integration with various apps automates mundane tasks, enhancing efficiency. Remarkably, my interactions with customer support and the Monday.com community have yielded prompt and accurate responses, making it a reliable tool for my diverse needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding the automatic timer feature, I often find myself forgetting to stop it. It would be beneficial if the system could send browser notifications to alert users when the timer is running. Alternatively, incorporating notifications into the mobile application, providing updates on the ongoing activity duration, could serve as a helpful reminder for users like myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate the organization provided by Monday.com, with dedicated boards for each project or task, complete with customizable columns and fields tailored to my needs. This structure ensures a clear overview of my tasks, the remaining workload, and the progress of my colleagues. The feature that automatically sends emails when someone assigns a task is particularly helpful, keeping me promptly informed and ensuring efficient communication within the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive & exciting interface & the ability to task employees bringing them onto same board & real time tracking of tasks. The dashboards & features are well detailed & awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its bit sketchy & tough with automations & integrations. Its difficult for the first few times to learn them but gets easier as time passes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to diversify workspaces & categorise them, makes it easier for the team following everyday work management. It improved overall task management & team collaboration.
