Very positive experience with monday

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very easy to use. We use it for tracking customer issues and I've never had any problems so far in navigating it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any at this point because my experience overall has been positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to track issues raised by customers after User Acceptance Testing and it has proven very easy to use. We would struggle without it as I can't think of any other software I've used before that is as simple to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicilty, uniformity, color coding, and chat features. Imparative to our business - Monday.com allows for guests outside of your organization to participate in a board. I love that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a bug on my account over the last few months where I couldn't open my chat feature. This problem persisted for months and I didn't find the support team very helpful, efficient, or relevant. I am just now able to open my chat feature after at least 4 months of problems. It was my first problem with Monday in 3 years so it's not that big of a deal but wasn't impressed when the problem arose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OUr entire compnay runs off of monday.com. We wouldn't be able to function without it.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has a short learning curve. It is very intuitive and can be shared with others (even outside your team) for seamless collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there wasn't a 3 team member minimum and included the timetracking in the standard package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping pipelines and contacts in one place

Remarkable piece of software

What do you like best about the product?
It is so intuitive and easy to use. I expect there are hidden depths too that i haven't found about about but there are loads of resources online to help you solve any problem. And customer support is excellent too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to come across a dislike - maybe that i wish i had more hours that I could use Monday.com, though that is hardly their fault!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our small team has varying levels of software experience, so to find some software that will allow us ALL to see what tasks need doing and can easily report on, is brilliant.

Incredible Project Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I tried several Project Management Platforms before choosing Monday, the part I liked most was the friendly interface, it's super easy to use and quickly understand. We use it daily to manage several projects and the possibility of integration of boards into pannels really helps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation of the creation of a new task could allow me to set an "unfixed" date. For example, I want to create a task every Monday with a schedule for that whole week, but I can only put a fixed date for the first week directly in the automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralize information for all the projects we are currently working on and letting everyone know what tasks they should be performing or monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great platform for our fully-remote team to collaborate, connect and share. It keeps us on task and all elements in one place. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. It works really well for our teams.

Keeping on task with date reminder, storing links and workflow. Managing conversation and data.

What do you like best about the product?
They made some updates and now it makes more fun to work with it. It's more intuitive and really easy to create and plan tasks. It has become an integral part of my work
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing anymore. My wish with the new tasks is fulfilled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem that I can see all the tasks of my team and so we can see how we can help others. It also help that I don't miss any task of my work. I also use it to structure our product ideas and working with it in the development.

What do you like best about the product?
We have used Monday.com since August 0f 2023.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped us to streamline our daily work, from tracking our program outcomes to tracking employee vacation and off days. It also helps that we can have everything tracked in one place on Monday.com instead of having to use several different programs. It is also great that Monday.com integrates with a lot of other programs that we use.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps to simplify all my projects and tasks in one convinient location. The tools that are incorporated with automation and tracking allows me to track the smaller details that may need attention.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy monday Work Management is to use, making it straightforward both for me and for training new employees. It’s an effortless solution that suits everyone in our company, providing accessibility through a mobile app, which is quite convenient. Additionally, I love the customization of notifications it offers, which allows us to tailor alerts to our specific needs and processes. These features make it an ideal tool for bridging our office and field technicians and for documenting numerous processes seamlessly. I also appreciate the updates feature, which we rely heavily on, as it gives us real-time timestamps on any updates for any particular item, enhancing our tracking and organizational capabilities significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really anything about Monday that we don't like. Overall, it has been a life saver for us!

I use monday Work Management as an organizational tool, bridging office and field technicians and documenting processes. It offers an easy-to-use interface for training new employees, customizable notifications, and mobile access. It also helps restore deleted information and provides real-time update timestamps.
