What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Monday is self explanatory and is so user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult sometimes to utilise the filters , but it's just a case of getting used to them !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our business gets busier internationally, it allows us to easily identify stages of projects and who is allocated to deal with them
Helpful, but it can become a never-ending to do list.
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps accountability on each individual contributor to complete tasks and provides a better avenue for status updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the person who is driving its implementation is an extreme example of a Type A personality, be prepared to update Monday.com A LOT. If you are a person witb an extremely full schedule you may find yourself overwhelmed as it can feel like your doing more work for no reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tend to be a creative. I am very good at design and conceptualizing aomething, but I am not the best at implementation.
Really intuitive and powerful platform for organising our projects

Monday.com has been fantastic for managing our team projects and facilitating workloads across departments

The layout feels a little messy at times, it's intuitive but sometimes confusing

It facilitates cross-departmental projects to ensure everyone is singing off the same hymn sheet.

Kanban boards: This is a visual way to track the progress of tasks and projects. You can see all of your tasks in one place, and you can easily move them around to reflect their status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive for small teams: The basic plan starts at $8 per user per month, which can be expensive for small teams or individuals.

Disorganization and lack of visibility: monday.com provides a centralized platform for planning, tracking, and managing projects, improving transparency and collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
Project management is much easier and tracking progress is even easier.
I like how it speeds up the work process and provides accurate,high quality data in return.
Very easy to understand and the online support team is great and always helpful.

No real downside to Monday.com ..it is a great platform.

Organize weekly tasks.
Great for increasing office collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it increased our productivity. It's also easy to use which makes it useful for onboarding. We use Monday everyday and my job would be very difficult without it. I also like all of the integrations such as ones with Typeform and other third-party software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't just buy one seat. This is not ideal for solopreneurs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday help us tremedously with project management and planning. We have multiple projects going on at once so Monday helps us keep track with tasks and subtasks.

A complete project management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is as easy as any other spreadsheet software, We in the company use it frequently and explore number of features on a daily basis, i haven't thought about moving away from Monday until now. in the last Their customer support is amazing

Nothing is that important to say but mobile app should have more user frindly. and price should be a bit less.

Monday is encourage to finish work before the deadline of any project,
A solution to keep track of your tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like to have a space where I can have a list of my pending tasks and update them, knowing the date they were started and finished. Also being able to see what my colleagues are working on. With the latest updates, the way of using it has become easier, since it has been very helpful for me to have the Elements and Subelements to have better control of the dependent activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automatic timer, when I tried to use it I always forgot to stop it, I think it should notify you with browser notifications that the time is running or in the cell phone application that is notifying you how long you have been doing the activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that it has boards for each project or task, with the columns and fields I need. This helps me have a clear vision of what I have to do, how many tasks I have left, what tasks my colleagues have already completed. Another thing that helps a lot is that they send automatic emails when someone assigns you a task.
Strongest PM tool on the market
What do you like best about the product?
We ran an extensive procurement exercise to identify Monday.com. By far it lead the way in our exercise. The end user interface allows for ease of adoption by non-technical users. The back end pre-built processes and workflows allow for the tool to be powerful and effective. The management dashboards and outputs allow for project sponsors to be kept up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little we dislike about monday.com. Their sales approach is pushy BUT that is how organisations like this succeed and grow...
