Easiest Organizational software to use!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Monday is that I am able to keep all my communication on there. Its easy for my team and I to see what we all have been working on and keep track of our progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is more project management focused, I wish there were more features specifically for Human Resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I personally struggle with keeping all my work on one software and Monday helps me with this. I am able to better organize myself.

It's intuitive, visually appealing, customizable and versatile.

Pricing on higher side hence not suitable for managing smaller teams.

easy to use, with lots of features and syncing with other apps like Outlook etc.

Sometimes is very slow, when your boards are with lots of tasks.

How intuitive it is to use as well as the interface. I use it every week day and it still feels fresh and new. We were able to easily integrate the use of Outlook and implement strategies more effectively.

I wish you could have different columns for different groups on a Monday board

A Good Collaborative Platform That Enhances Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
The clear UI aids workflow and increases productivity across departments. It has clear design elements and simplistic layout so you can get a lot of information at a quick glance. It's a helpful tool to continuously refer back to multiple times per week and see where progress is being made and/or needs to be prioritised. Setup is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation tab on the left-hand side could use a slight design rehaul. It could be slightly clearer and easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing teams and employees together to work on multiple projects. Helps to list out talking points for weekly or monthly meetings. Being able to see the progress of items is helpful.
Amazing tool to get organized and help your team and company stay on track
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has an easy to use interface and allows for alot of customization from the way you want to view your to-do's or what is coming up on a project to how that project tasks are broken down.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could tweak the notifications more when adding mutiple people to task or sub task. So, you could choose to have them list but not always notified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping our company and the many departments we have get aligned and orginzaied across the board. It is helping us see what needs the most attention and where we can shift the work.
