What do you like best about the product?
Custom automations! Massively improved now, and very simple to create.
An easy integration with our CRM platform allows urgent tickets to be inserted into my schedule with a browser notification.
Customer support has been very helpful on the rare occasion that I've needed it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy for user error to break a workflow - would like some kind of contextual limitation on status changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using monday.com for nearly four years now, mainly for personal and team workflow management, but also for project management.
I have a very wide range of responsibilities, so the "My Work" view ensures that I don't miss anything.

What do you like best about the product?
- The unique features makes it easy for my day to day organizational marketing needs, such as building out my marketing calendar to make sense of what's coming up and where it stands relative to all the other marketing efforts that week or month.
- Prioritization flags allows me to clearly see what bugs and tasks need the most focus right now across different team silos, such as engineering, analytics, and business development
- Robust organizational tooling, such as hierarchies, heading/subheading title texts, and more
- Instant team notifications
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike nothing. Everything has been functioning properly for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main problem Monday solves is the organization of the various marketing efforts we have targeting our 1 million+ download userbase. Secondary problems Monday solves is being able to jump in on ANY of my teammates projects and know exactly where it stands progress wise and where it's going.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us stay on track for projects and makes social media planning & scheduling a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the calendar view on the Social Media planning template would coordinate with the category column and not just the "section" it's in's color.

I plan our schedule monthly so I color cordinated the months but then add tags for what is being posted i.e blogs, national holiday, tips etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross team collaboration, not all of us are always on the same team calls that work together so it helps us see what that other person needs for that task from us or others and there progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a fantastic work space! It allows you to keep up to date with all tasks needed to be completed and helps keep the business flowing. Its easy to use and has a fantastic number of features for all departments, its become apart of our every day life at work and is a brilliant system to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes about Monday.com, it keeps us well updated and have nothing bad to say about it

It helps us solve all day to day issues we face in the business, giving everyone access to input their ideas to make the work place flow better and keeps everyone up to date

What do you like best about the product?
Easily customizable, immensley helpful for organizing action items and tasks for customers. The exportable reports is clean and actionable, great for customer facing reporting. Super helpful with tracking internal and customer projects from start to finish. Very editable and easy to update.

The automation functions are great as well!

I use this platform every single day and easy to implement to new users and integrate with their workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Keep updating such a great product!

Organizing and keep track of customer action items, tasks, projects, and goals.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease with which tables can be created based on my needs, it adapts to what I need and helps me gather all the information I need in a very dynamic and simple way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations it has regarding the creation of formulas would be that it would be very useful to be able to create more conditions in the formulas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of data collection is very impressive. In the manufacturing process, one of the challenges I had was bringing productivity data and indicators online. I managed to adapt monday.com to my needs to obtain online productivity data in the manufacturing process, thanks to the different types of dashboards that can be viewed and the filters that can be applied so that different areas can interact with a table but filtered to the data that is necessary only for each area.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday assist me in plotting product development tasks, liaising with colleagues to ensure things get done, and tracking our progress with key initiatives. It also helps us plot product launches in an efficient manner, so that we remember every element of getting a new product out there in front of our customers.
The board layouts are simple to follow and can be easily adapted to suit our needs. Setting tasks is easy, and reviewing updates just as simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Monday to be more proactive in following up on tasks that are not completed by issuing reminders by email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings every element of our key goals and tasks into one space, meaning efficiency and comprehensive storage of information and documents.

It would be helpful if email alerts were sent when deadlines are approaching.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable monday.com is to your needs. I've been able to completely create a CRM using monday.com that streamlines business operations and holds all customer information. It's so simple and easy to use while also allowing so much. It was very easy to learn and use and is used daily at both our locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although this is super customizable, i do wish there was a little more flexability with it. It would also be great to be able to hide groups from other members. It would also be nice if the mobile app was able to show data mirrored from more than one board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have two different locations with one crew that does all our deliveries, pickups, and site prep. This allows us to have everything in one place for everyone to see, minimizes the amount of phone calls we have to make between lots, and streamlines the entire process helping us work more efficiently. This also allows us to keep track of each active deal and it's progress so we are able to better support our customers and allow nothing to slip through the cracks.
