User-Friendly CRM That Simplifies Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Great CRM platform, it is really easy to use! It is easy to explain to new colleagues. and interns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is nothing I dislike about Monday. It does seem to crash more often than other apps we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on the service desk, and it makes my job a lot easier. I have everything related to the customer in one place and can easily perform actions.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how monday Work Management showcases all the analytics and the dashboards in a super clear way, making it easy to absorb and understand the UI. The initial setup was super easy, especially with the helpful webinar conducted by monday.com, which provided valuable tips and tools. This support made navigating the site straightforward and efficient, allowing me to utilize the platform without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, loading times can be excessive, which may be due to its dependence on Internet bandwidth. It would be beneficial if a lighter version of monday Work Management could be developed to enhance performance for users with low bandwidth Internet connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to track projects, manage team workflows, understand team bandwidth, improve collaboration, and monitor both past and current project progress effectively.
Highly Customizable with Flexible Column Options
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of customization options in terms of adding columns, labelling them etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great if we can have tile/cards system where we can simply drag items to different section like Under progress, Completed, Under review and etc. Similar to what Trello and Microsoft Planner has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to manage all tasks which is easily viewed by team members and understand overall work target, and different attributes for each project.
Customizable and User-Friendly—A Gamechanger for Team Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is so customizable and easy to use! It has been a gamechanger for our entire team in terms of productivity, documentation, and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found too many areas that I have found to be inconvenient, other than more robust report tools and automation. It would be great if it integrate with our HRIS (Paylocity) to enhance our reporting capabilities from a recruiting standpoint That said, I don't put much of that responsibility on Monday.com's shoulders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping our HR team to efficiently gather form submissions in a central area that can be simply assigned to the proper team members. It is also helping us to manage our individual work and projects.

I love using monday Work Management for project management, especially when it comes to handling interdepartmental projects. It provides a comprehensive view of both the big picture and specific tasks, ensuring that I know exactly what we are working towards. The automation features are fantastic, making it effortless to set up notifications for stakeholders upon task completion or project milestones, eliminating the need for daily or weekly emails. This keeps everyone informed and up-to-date without extra effort on my part. Additionally, the Gantt charts are great for planning, helping to visualize timelines and project priorities clearly. The ease with which I was able to set up my profile and access all necessary tools without the hassle of constant permissions also stood out as a huge advantage. Overall, monday Work Management significantly simplifies project planning and communication, allowing me to focus more on actual tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the initial setup of projects in monday Work Management could be improved. While there are likely a variety of templates available, they are not extensively utilized in our business. An AI feature that designs templates or bespoke options through a conversational or chat interface would enhance the experience. It would be beneficial if it could suggest key colors, forms, and develop a timeline during the initial setup, making it cleaner and more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for project planning and interdepartmental communication. It helps ensure we're on the right steps at the right time, provides a clear view of tasks and responsibilities, and simplifies stakeholder communication with automations and Gantt charts.
My experience with the product/service has been quite positive.

Attractive interface with clear, guided instructions for all functions, making it easy to use.

The automation function isn't very responsive; sometimes I notice it stops working, and I have to reset it.
