Pulses and Subitems Make Social Media Planning a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I like using pulses and subitems when it comes to planning out social media content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could edit subitem buckets according to each one, not keeping them the same throughout the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning and scheduling and keeping all team members up to date on exactly what's going out when.
Intuitive UI and Versatile Features Enhance Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really like monday Work Management's versatility, especially the options to use pre-built templates or build my own using my imagination. The VIBE AI Assistant is simply amazing. I appreciate that I can build bespoke worklists, action tracking, milestones tracking, risk tracking, and progress measurement all on the same platform. Gantt plans and detailed charts can be integrated into dashboards easily, and sharing with stakeholders is straightforward. The intuitive UI, great visuals, and flexibility to create bespoke trackers, boards, and reporting dashboards quickly made a huge impact from the start. The initial setup was very easy with import functions to take in basic trackers to our first boards, and we ran with it from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to share the numerous apps I have built with VIBE, with the rest of my team or stakeholders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management keeps everything in a single workspace. It lets me create bespoke worklists, track actions and risks, and build detailed charts and graphs. Its intuitive UI and flexibility allow quick creation of custom trackers and dashboards, which made a big impact.
Visually Intuitive, Despite the Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like monday Work Management because it makes everything visual and easy to follow. It maps my tasks in a logical and practical way, which really helps to maintain focus and a sense of control. Additionally, it was designed to be a simple guide in creating a workspace, with the possibility to rename columns and create categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit complex. At first, it seems complicated to understand most of the functions and where they fit.

monday Work Management helps me organize my routines, not forget deadlines, and break down large projects into smaller steps. It maps my tasks in a logical and practical way, helping to maintain focus and a sense of control.
Easy to Use, Feature-Rich, and Great for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The basic functions are easy to understand, and the tool offers a wide range of features. There’s also a broad selection of templates, and the collaboration options are especially valuable. I also like that it includes different ways to present data, and overall it fulfills its original purpose very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance can occasionally decrease when working with very large spreadsheets, as they take a long time to load. I wish there was a simpler functions, I find it difficult to adjust the row size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s especially effective for coordinating work and helps me pull out high-level metrics when I need them. The community resources make problem-solving easier, and I’ve found it very useful for keeping my tasks organized. Overall, it greatly simplifies the standardization of project tracking and enables me to model product roadmaps more clearly.
Streamlines Communication and Lead Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how monday Work Management helps us manage our leads, customers, and share updates seamlessly. It's very useful for keeping track of each customer's communication and feedback, ensuring every team member is up to date. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was, with everything being extremely straightforward. The guides are good, making it easy to understand. It's awesome that there are mobile applications, which I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've never used AI. To be honest, I don't use it now. I don't know how it could help me in monday Work Management unless it's integrated with some other software. It's not smart enough to differentiate between all the info, so we can't rely on it to make correct decisions without double-checking everything, which is a pain. Also, the mobile applications could use a bit of improvement to be more mobile-friendly, so you don't have to scroll left and right a lot to view spreadsheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to manage leads, share updates, and ensure timely feedback among team members in different departments, allowing us to work collaboratively. It provides all client information at hand during calls, keeping everyone updated.

What do you like best about the product?
Having guests outside of our corporation that can access and update boards makes it an easy platform to share with i.e. agents / distributors. Also having the automisation feature on every field on the board / group keeps workflow up to date and communication clean with customisable notifications that can be sent along every step.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration / API to ERP softwares are limited and others not free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project / sales forecasts and and project / job progress was difficult to track with overseas / regional agents. Monday boards now make it possible to track progress and easily manageble. Also permissions on borads give security piece of mind to protect sentitive information.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is the most important tool to bring teams and departments together in any work setting. I have used it across many industries and there isn't another software that helps with project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the pricing for some of the integrations and automations, something that seems like it should be a feature is an additional monthly fee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete project management, coordination, and collaboration across multiple departments all under 1 central roof, and it is very user friendly.

I like that monday Work Management gives me clarity about what is happening with my tasks and projects, helping me understand everything. It gives me the flexibility to import my data easily and is a combination of structure, flexibility, and visualization. Additionally, it centralizes my tasks, ensuring that I don't forget my commitments with automatic reminders, and it also helps with my routine by showing my progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plans are limited. The automations are simple but not ultra powerful.

Calendar organization, post + ads management on calendar, task manager with teams and the registration of completed work. Also Kan Ban and graphics to oversee different angles of a project calendarization

What do you like best about the product?
it is so easy to use. Has many built in features that sometimes you wouldn't even thing you might need until you do. Their help team is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. They really take the time to help solve your issue or come up with suggestions and resolutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only thing monday needs is the ability to integrate fillable PDF's. The Monday Doc's work but they aren't the best solution honestly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, team work, assigning task to team members. and its great that it is so easy to edit if the team decides something doesn't work or needs a new column to track something.
