What do you like best about the product?
It organizes all relevant items into a single section, making it user-friendly and easy to search.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the website crashes, it often takes a while before it returns to normal operation. Additionally, we don't always need every update, as there can be quite a few sent to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We add all of our invoice queries to the Monday board & are all able to see updates from our customers & internally.
It's a good platform, but it has areas for improvement.

I like the organization within the platform

I don't like that you can't customize your boards more, and even your workspaces with more images.

I like managing multiple tasks and how I can track them.
Exceptionally Easy to Use with Accessible Training
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, easy to understand and accessible training. Support features provide easy to follow solutions and guidance as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be time consuming to adopt for users less adept at software programs/solutions. I expect AI features will improve this barrier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidates communication on key projects and tasks in a central location reducing emails and missed threads in Teams or other work flow platforms. Allows for deadline tracking and automated reminders to improve adherance to deadlines and provides insight into work load placed on key teammembers.
Intuitive UI with Powerful Automation Features
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the user interface of monday Work Management; it's very intuitive, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. It has all of the features that I could really ask for. I really enjoy the automations, which allow me to automate tasks and reminders and move items into different groupings like a 'done' or an 'archive' automatically. These features help in efficiently managing projects and staying organized, ensuring that tasks are allocated to different people effectively. The system also helps track projects from start to finish and keeps me in touch with my team, sending helpful reminders to stay on top of deadlines. Overall, the platform provides better task tracking than what I experienced with Trello, and the initial setup was extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only issue occurs when people don't set up boards in an intuitive way. However, this is more of a user issue rather than a flaw in monday Work Management itself, as I find the platform to be very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to allocate tasks, track projects from start to finish, stay organized, maintain team communication, and set reminders to meet deadlines.
Ease and Efficiency in Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of monday Work Management, which makes project and portfolio management simpler and more efficient. The possibility of multiple columns and the associated automations are particularly useful, allowing the creation of complex workshops or simpler tasks with a varied degree of dependency on the people involved. Additionally, I started with a small set of 50 licenses, and now we have about 400 available, which demonstrates how scalable the software is and how it can keep up with the growth of our needs. For all these reasons, the ease of centralizing information and ensuring that everyone has access to a central point of truth for each project is something I greatly appreciate, and I would certainly recommend monday Work Management to friends or colleagues, so much so that my recommendation score is 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
What makes me less happy about Monday Work Management is the functionality of some columns, such as the formula and status columns, which are not very intuitive. Often, these columns lack intelligence about the content, as the automations are very focused on the type of column, rather than considering the content within them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to centralize information about project management and audits, ensuring a single source of truth for everyone involved.
Seamless All-in-One Platform for Effortless Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday.com is seamless. Everything I need to do is in is in one place. I can complete all my documentation in just a few minutes without needing to navigate away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our data is vast and on my laptop there is nothing that is not available to me. On the app our data prevents some of the tools from functioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the things I need to retrieve frequently are completed documentation. I can easily find all past notes for info or export.
Effortless Workflow Management and Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
monday Work Management is extremely user-friendly and can be tailored to fit our internal workflows and requirements. We have also integrated it with both Slack and Jira, which helps keep all stakeholders informed in real time. It was straightforward to implement with our operations team, and we rely on it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that I dislike about monday Work Management. The only challenge we've encountered has been visualizing our particular customer implementation phases within the calendar view or dashboard, which we prefer to use instead of the Gantt chart. Other than this personal preference, we have not faced any technical issues or problems with customer service when using monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is responsible for overseeing a complex customer implementation program, deploying our software and services to facilities nationwide. We manage numerous distinct tasks that must be completed before advancing to subsequent phases of implementation. monday Work Management has been instrumental in helping us organize this process and ensuring that no tasks are overlooked. The automations have played a crucial role in our success, allowing us to automatically generate tasks as accounts move between different phases. This functionality keeps our team aligned and provides instant updates through integrations with our Slack channels and the product team's Jira board.
Simplicity at Its Best
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity is one of its main strengths. The interface is straightforward, making it easy to navigate and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formulas are somewhat complex and take a bit of time to become familiar with. It may require some practice before you feel comfortable using them.
