All my projects and teams in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has great automations that makes my workflow easy and iffecient. I never have to track down my team to make sure they know what tasks they are assigned to because I set up Monday to automatically email them, update the calander and send out reminders for me. Keeps everyone on the same page and the projects running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to monday is that there are limited ways to set up the board. Sometimes I want to keep track of multipule products on one board, and would love to have different column labels for each, but the columns have to stay consistent for each group. But Monday also is constently releasing new add ons and features so I look forward to see what they come out with next.

When you are new to using the platform you have a lot to learn as it has many features that aid productivity, which makes the learning process take longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has helped me to manage activities with time tracking and progress status, as well as planning new events and work projects.
Great Platform for Simple Task Management and Delegation
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very intuitive to use. I found that my team members who could often be intimidated by more complex (and often developer-facing) platforms were able to use Monday with ease. It can be used for simple checklists and tracking of tasks or boards can be built out to be more complex -- that flexibility worked well for Member Operations for a good amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the nature of our work became more ticket-focused, my company ultimately decided that we were better suited to Atlassian (Jira & Confluence) as the task management structure there better applied to cross-team efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems that were solved by Monday.com related to tracking the tasks and progress of direct reports. It made task management simple for my Customer Support team and overseeing those tasks easier for me as a manager.

We can centrally store all our project documents (links to drives) - meaning info is easy to find

Easy customisable, automated alerts and clear dashboard. The updates functionality is great and easy to tag others in when responsibilities of projects sit with other people

Monday.com mobile app isn't as functional as the dashboard

Monday.com is helping assist procurement event workflows from project initiation to completion

Totally comprehensive tool for organization and objective tracking. Will be using it on a weekly basis within my team and the methods of communication between team members is fluid and intuitive

Some of the menus can seem a bit cluttered/confusing and tricky to navigate, but you get the hang of it before long

It has given our team a centralised space to contain and discuss all tasks/issues/objectives within our department. Prior to this information was mostly shared via instant messaging and emails, it feels great to have it all together at one source we can refer to

Sometimes can get a little overwhelming.

Average sales figures. Sales and revenue forecasts. Having all of this info in one place.
Brilliant tool
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it so easy to organise task lists and manage your workload. The automations are a brilliant feature that make workload management that much easier. I like the ability to @ mention people and chat about specific tasks in one place - so all past context is already there and it reduces email traffic.
What do you dislike about the product?
We encountered some issues reaching limits early on in our set up stages however Monday.com have worked with us to resolve these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing for slicker project management, and gives greater transparency globally to the status of every project. It is also supporting resource management as we have better visibility of workload and resource requirements. Our teams are able to easily and efficiently communicate about specific projects and tasks which in turn is reducing email traffic. We have seen a rise in feedback coming from our teams through the creation of easy-to-fill forms.

Good for meetings with my colleagues and organising meeting structure

Perhaps a little boring to look at, no engaging visuals.
