Extremely useful work tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to categorise my to do list and having visibility on everything that needs to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
the least helpful thing is that you have to scroll down quite a bit to reach the current week - it would be helpful to be automatically taken there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep on top of tasks more easily and see how much progress I am making.
Monday - Making Things Easier
What do you like best about the product?
It is a platform which allows information to be stored in order for all employees to access key info. This saves a lot of time and reduces uncertainty, hence our efficiency has improved!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if there were more automated alerts when different boards have been updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's become my daily task manager, making it easier for me to get through my day-to-day tasks, whilst being able to look ahead at what we have coming up.

Keeping the calendars organized and tasks by person

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Monday.com is the inuitive design and how quickly we were able to implement. The entire product department was able to standardize tracking of product enhancements across several teams in a single day. Once a standard method was created for tracking it was easy to create reports and different visuals of how we were progressing toward our quarterly goals. Monday.com is very easily extendable through third party integrations like Slack, Confluence and Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it was doable, it's difficult to setup a Quarterly Kanban board that tracks projections across multiple quarters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com gives my business sponors and user the ultimate transperency into product development progress across many teams.

While the platform excels in many aspects, it's important to note that the pricing structure may be a consideration for some businesses, particularly smaller ones with budget constraints. In addition, from speaking to friends who work at different companies, I heard that without proper training they were overwhelmed by the variety of features and they didn't know how to maximize the software's capabilities.

I can keep track of the status of every project. Also have a priority list to know where to start working first.

As we manage a lot of products, images and files, Monday.com have been really helpful to keep everything organized, making it easier to find everything.

The abundance of features, though comprehensive, can be a bit overwhelming for new users, requiring some time to explore and fully grasp.

The main one is making collaborating easier.
Monday organizes my tasks really well
What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization of my tasks in the "my work" section. I also like how I can assign anyone in the company a task and have it send to them automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see us be able to have two or more people make changes to project timeline, independent of each other. For example, we have a big project and I finished my part, but I'm waiting on coworkers for theirs. I would like to be able to check that I'm done with my part, we can't do that now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recieve a ton of requests for work each week from the company. Monday allows me to keep track of everything and make adjustments in real time.
monday.com makes managing projects SO much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
When working on a large number of projects, a lot of which are very similar, the ability to clone projects and then tailor accordingly is so helpful. You can even colour code the projects, which makes grouping them much easier to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
When exporting projects, you are restricted to what you can export and it what format they are exported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of different teams having different project timelines for the same project and not being able to see other team's tasks. Now everyone has access to the same portal and its so easy to create and assign tasks for others without any other platform/communication method required!
