Monday is a Great Experience!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way that the boards are laid out. The information is easy to locate and it helps me stay organized with all of my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't necessarily say there are downsides, but some automation integrations would help take this to new highs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me stay organized and know who my clients are, when I need to reach out to them and allows me to enter detailed notes that I can look back on down the line.
The tool you didn't know you needed.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to visualize decision-making data in a way that gives you answers to your questions in a couple clicks is the best feature for me. It is easy to use with a little bit of training, but I will always recommend doing a training before your start to implement. It may help you make a better decision when setting up your systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part of Monday.com is sometimes there are tools that are available that aren't completely thought through for the data analytics side. For me the time-tracking tool is so important, but the accessiblity to the meta data produced from that widget are not readily accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to organize projects and data points to be accessible to all.

It works really well for breaking down tasks to be delegated amongst the team.

I would like more control over my personal task list in order to prioritise the list without making changes to the task for everyone

it helps us keep track of our projects as the number of projects and collaborators increase
Really useful tool for organizing workload, events, managment. Keeps everything in one place.

The ability to keep track of all projects including team contact details, project information, timelines. Very easy to use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be more visual. Home screen with all projects with photos for example. Just visually a bit more engaging.

The ability to keep track of which stage I am in within my projects. Also to keep all data and contact details in one place.

Best platform for project and sales management
What do you like best about the product?
It is very flexible and comes with a ton of pre-built integrations. Also, it comes with free mobile app, desktop app in addition to its web application. Entire team uses monday.com simultanously, from wherever they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its licensing model is complex and requires good planning. Also, customer support in Turkey is almost non-existent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our projects are relatively short but we have numerous active projects at any time. We needed a tool where we can track our resources, invoices and payments. Monday is very flexible and easy to use. We onboarded our entire team in less than a day.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of a documentation section. Someting similar to Confluence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in creating different tasks and assigning them. Ease of adding sub-task and changing task group from one project to another. Ordering tasks is as easy as drag and drop. Integrations with Gmail are a nice touch.
It Serves As My Daily Planner
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that this is the most flexible workflow and task management software that I used, It helped me manage all of my tasks and other things in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com somehow lacks responsive layout on smaller screens like phones and tablets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far it minimizes multi platform switching when it comes to getting my work done. It helps me become more efficient when it comes to prioritization of tasks

it is how can we comunicate with other people in a task, and tracking how we work all the time

there is no reminder until deadline, for exmaple, if deadline is tomorrow, Monday just remind today, not a week ago.

sometime i tag someone in, but they not receive it or it is skipped by accident.
