Monday can work for any business!

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday's every day and its flexibility can't be matched. Any process within a business can use a Monday board or system to help it become more streamlined. Most pre-built SaaS platforms aren't flexible enough to adapt to the unique workflows of an individual business.

Integrations and automation are also brilliant within Monday, whether sending information into Monday from an external source using Zapier or simply sorting tasks by the flick of a status.

I love how quickly and easily I can implement a Monday system when an idea pops into my head. Within just a few minutes I can have a basic prototype put together for whatever process I'm trying to streamline.

Finally, a few months ago I had a challenge to build a Monday system for a client with bespoke needs. I spoke with a Monday rep and they were great at bouncing ideas with me. I felt they took a genuine interest in what I was trying to achieve and we both worked together to find a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
This has somewhat recently been answered but the biggest problem I've found is the lack of CRM functionality. Yes, Monday can store the data you need about leads but they weren't actually 'people' within the system, they were just listed items and connecting them between boards to make some kind of functioning CRM system was just messy.

With the recent release of Monday CRM, this has been answered, though I haven't become accustomed to it just yet. I would, however, say it's slightly disappointing to see this is a separate product when I've been using my boards and system for years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a very small team which means an influx of work can easily feel overwhelming. Monday makes everything so organised. Every process can be mapped out so that the stages of projects are clear for all users to track progress. Headaches caused by overwhelming amounts of work are reduced and less back-and-forth communication is needed to progress projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a quick-learn and easy-sell. It keeps my workday on the rails. I couldn't function without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
More resources needed to expand users within my org.

The best way to organize your life and work

What do you like best about the product?
I have 2 Monday accounts. I use one that I use personally for the calendar function for events and to organize my bills. Creating a board, itemizing things, and grouping things on Monday is easy. For work, we have a workflow for quotes with automation, adding the quotes to clients at the quick click of a button. From there, I like to categorize the clients by what services they are requesting and add in any and all information from the client. This app is so customizable you can virtually use it for anything. I use Monday every single day!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to delete items from the calendar view rather than the list view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has created a workflow that works. The capability to create a database to cater to your exact needs is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, nice interface. Easy to set up and create boards which makes me work more efficiently. I look forward to work now because the most important part has been organized. I always use the help button and have never even had the need to call monday.com. I love Monday!
What do you dislike about the product?
If they would allow a few more users with out charging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
housing all of my projects and allowing me to upload files - no more looking through dropbox files. i just switch to my Monday tab.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com integrates with a lot of our other tech stack. It's simple and easy to use, and it's especially easy to integrate with other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes crashes which causes a loss in productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to have a centralized place for all of our team to collaborate on various projects.

Easy and Intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to update, work as a team and evolve. It was effortless to implement, but it also updates and grows easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've never had any blockers, issues or delays with anything we've put in to place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous management was not dynamic and told us nothing by just looking at it quickly, this gives us multiple ways to update, review as a team and visually see what is going on quickly as a member.Collaborative work and evolution of projects with very minimal effort.

Best way to stay organized

What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows for many different configurations to organize the tasks that should be kept track of.

Being able to prioritize each task along with setting deadlines is a great way to keep myself on track to complete assignments within the required time line.

Knowing I have the option to invite my colleagues to view the status of activities saves time and keeps everyone up to date.

Receiving real time feedback from others helps to keep follow ups fresh in my mind for quick responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have tha ability to create an additional level of sub-items.

Some of the functionality is difficult to understand without additional instruction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping project data in one spot and limited to the group that is involved.

Listing tasks on monday.com allows my direct manager to know where I am on particular project and allows for instant comments and feedback.

Amazing Tool to Help You Organize Just About Anything!

What do you like best about the product?
Our team has been using Monday.com for the past 4 years, we were able to transistion what used to be an entire sharepoint library of word documents that were unsearchable into an entire simulation library of cases that is not only serachable, but now we can easily run reports on that data. Additionally, the automations are a huge time saver for us in being able to streamline standard communication between teams. Their customer support is also very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a few things that we are waiting for Monday.com to create and I know they are in the works, things like being able to do the same actions on subitems as items in boards, but I have to say that in the 4 years since we started with Monday.com they have and continue to make new updates all the time to the system based on feedback from customers and how we are utilzing the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com was solving the problem of not having the data that we had contained in thousands of individual word documents on a sharepoint library by making them easily searchable columns within Monday.com additionally, the automations make communication about when a change is made to the system automatic to the other teams that need to know this information.
