the convewrsation is easy for me to conmunicate with my colleage, and if i finish my work l could push them to go on;

i think if it has the simple chinese is better for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use the excel to arrenge our CPI( continue product inprovment), sometime i can't know the people work, every time need a meeting to continue the project, but when we put it in monday.com. people could put their work in it, and i can push them to go on, it save my time so much.

I like how everything is color-coded for organization.

I'm unable to delete files simultaneously.

project organization and color coding. This is beneficial since there are many different ones to handle.

What do you like best about the product?
Love using Monday for team assignments! Helps me see the timelines that are needed and where other team members stand in their progress. I like how there are subtasks and the options to leave comments for each step. I also like how I can tailor status updates pertaining to a specific project.
What do you dislike about the product?
When changing the status of a sub task, it would be nice for there to be a way to alert/change the assignee. Also adding assignees to subtasks would be a great feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
transparency within the team and visibility with what projects we are all working on

The range and ability for personalised dashboards. You can create boards to suit your business model and project templates. It very easy to use adn quick to update.
I use it everyday to track all my projects, along with the whole team.

The global search bar has some bugs frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The overall project tracking and management. We have our sales and project tracking setup onto Monday and it is one of the best tools I have ever used for this purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday to track our projects and our work. Very intuitive user interface and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat rigid in what you can do. Not overly customizable. However, have continued to see improvements in the updates that addressed some of our issues.

Allows us to track our work/progress in one place. Also using for our training programs, which has been a great tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is visually very intuitive and makes it easy to use. You can also customize boards with colors and different options to make it more interactive while still organizing the information and having everything in one place. In addition, we can all communicate by leaving visible comments so that everyone can see the status of the processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of Monday can become relatively high for some teams, given the limitations with automations. Furthermore, it is difficult to use as a mobile application, the functionality is reduced because the information becomes confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly communication because everyone can collaborate on the same platform in real time without losing information. It has also helped me keep projects organized and be able to prioritize them so that the team knows which tasks to focus on when assigning them, making remote work more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool for PMO's or Managers alike who look for alternatives to handle big projects with several stakeholders. The interface allows an overview of the progress and the owners, with a high level of detail about each sub-activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a person who is not familiar with the project management jargon can be overwhelming the amount of information that must be handled in the tool. Sometimes, these people have a hard time leaving udpates.

As a PMO I struggled to keep track, update, and give visibility about several projects each quarter. Monday allowed me to easily update the progress and include all the stakeholders to keep them up to date and visually identify where could be the bottlenecks regarding the harders or longest activities

the unique think that I dislike is when you want to download your reports to a spreadsheet doesnt save all the information in just one tab, is divide with the comments that you creat for each activity.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm genuinely fond of the Templates. Crafting my own Leadership Boards allows me to aid my TEAM in a Secure Environment, bypassing the need for email collaboration or platforms that compromise your data.
Our focus is not on managing People, but rather on managing commitments. This board is an ideal tool for such a leadership approach.
Furthermore, the standout feature is the immediate availability of Gantt Charts and the flexibility to modify the view as per our requirements.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the sheer volume of information can be daunting, and there's a learning curve involved in organizing your data efficiently. Transferring data from one board to another isn't as straightforward as copying and pasting. You're either left with the option to duplicate and move the data or create a mirror of it. Both processes are time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com indeed addresses the issue of data consolidation by centralizing all your information, instead of having it scattered across multiple platforms. It also enhances team collaboration and focus by providing a shared workspace for everyone to track what they're working on. Moreover, it's a solution for managing various teams involved in a single project.
What stands out the most for me is the Timeline feature with its Milestones. It allows for a quick overview of deadlines, and the immediate Gantt Chart function is outstanding. Compared to other software, these features are far less labor-intensive.
