What do you dislike about the product?
There is no dislike about monday.com. But as a developer, we are expecting more API updation like:-
1> Mention the user in the item'update section should be added.
2> Download file only available with an asset ID. Monday doc has object id instead of asset Id. Any possibility to download Monday docs by API.

Monday.com helps our Engineering and Production Support teams stay on task and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of implementation and use was excelent!
Ease of use here is huge. Our team never needed to take "training" to know how to use Monday.com. The tool itelf is very frictionless, and while there are a few videos on Monday's site to use to learn, much of the site is highly intuitive. Think of it like opening up an iphone for the first time - there's no real manual needed - we just hopped on an began using it shortly there after. Ease of implementation was super simple.
Customer support has been needed just to deal with some minor bugs here or there. The support has been solid, but frankly only needed to work with them maybe twice over the 4 years we've used this tool. The frequency of use for us is daily - our team is basically always using it.
I think integrating this tool into our ERP may be a next step. Ease of Integration has not yet been tested.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not yet tested integration to our ERP system on our end. Has to do with more on us for not yet testing this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distributed workforce and WFH folks that need to stay connected. Leadership that is wearing multiple hats and needs easier task management tools for their direct reports. Complex Engineering development issues and managing the bug list and outstanding issues.
Monday organizes work and builds team communication
What do you like best about the product?
Oraganizationa and collaboration are to our team. This highlight is vitallly important since staff are remote, with staggered sxhedules 6 days of the week. Aside from managing projects and the automations, we mainly use Monday to aid us with the management and tracking the progress of participants in our workshops. Monday's ability to collect data and provide a stunning visual compliments our client management system (CMS). Our case managers are able to highlight their clients needs and notify our team, so we can efficidently provide referrals. I also have to highlight the import and exprot features in Monday. They are great when it comes to reporting. Lastly, I have managed to create a recrutiment cycle that I can easily duplicate. I do this every 8 weeks, so it saves me time not having to create a timeline project. It's also convivient to add and modify these recruitment cycles with little effort; especailly, when a cycle requires a unique strategy. Overall, myself and my team would hihgly recommend Monday as a robust work OS to help you meet your goals. We use Monday daily, we kick-off our weekly staff meeting with it. We can't see it any opther way. Also, customer support has always been great and knowledgeable. All this beins said, if you can work around Excel, you will be able to implement Monday into your operations with little effort. Ease of implementation requires little time, especially if you learn to integrate their templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is one thing I dislike, I'd have to mention the cost of licenses and features. At the time, we have 21 users. For the price we pay, I'd like to see more features added. For example, the reporting should not be limited or require one to bump to the next tier. I can see this being necessarry, if an organization has, say 5 users. But, at 21 active users, I think most features should be available. The annual investment is worth the price, but sometimes I feel limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I took Monday out of the picture, our clients' needs and progress would suffer. We deeply rely on the data we track in Monday, to coincide with all our other systems. The data allows us to make data-driven decissions. It also lends itself to dsicover new opportunities. We also use Monday to track continuos quality improvement throughout the organization. This insight is especially useful when conisdering changes to programing, workshops, and interna/external procedures that help us serve participants.
Great for Small Business, Hard to Scale
What do you like best about the product?
The customization you can do on your own is unbeatable. There are so many options for different column types that help you keep track of lots of information. If you're a small business that doesn't need too many ultra-technical requirements, Monday.com works great. It's like a souped-up excel with the way it can store files, host communication on individual pulses, and process simple automations.
When you're just starting out, Monday.com is a super powerful and economic tool for a small business. It can transform your operations and get you out of spreadsheets that can limit collaboration, communication, and some more sophisticated features like attaching files to a pulse. I would recommend Monday.com to anyone who needs a simple way to keep track of a fair amount of information with a lot of people relying on the real-time accuracy of that info.

What do you dislike about the product?
MMonday.com slows down the bigger it gets. After a few changes in the way we use Monday.com to adapt to our business' growth, it's had a lot of trouble loading information. We aren't storing much more data on there than before, but apparently the additional columns did it in. It has trouble swapping between views on the same board, and I often find it displaying a different view than the one I clicked on. A very strange glitch that I feel like should just not be happening. This happens on all the browsers and both Mac and Windows operating systems that I have tried.
Automations are limited. Automations work well for simple little tasks, but we have had trouble finding automations that meet our needs at this point. After talking to customer service, we have found that the automation we need would be simple, but Monday.com just doesn't have it. They also lack the technical support access to work on these problems efficiently. The chat function is quick to reach a person, but often you need more than just a chat to solve some more complex issues.
The final issue I have found is that if your business is reliant on Monday.com to operate, your business will come to a screeching halt when Monday.com goes down. It's happened a few times in the last year, with one outage being upwards of an hour. That was a pretty big setback for us that took the rest of the day to recover from. We weren't able to provide information to clients who were calling us for updates on their orders, and meetings that required information from Monday.com had to be postponed till later in the week.
Like I said, Monday.com is great for small businesses, but it's hard to scale. At some point, it will start to get glitchy and you'll find yourself needing more than it offers. If your growth reaches that point, it's probably time to look for another solution. However, Monday.com is a great tool that has helped our business grow to what it is today. Give it a fair shake if you're starting out. It's an economical option with lots of power for those small businesses. Just don't expect it to grow as fast as you might need it to in the future and be ready to jump to a more sophisticated system as time goes on.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com provides us with a great solution to track shipments and the projects associated with those shipments. We are able to provide real time updates to the rest of our team and to our clients as well. We track and plan production on there as well, but this is proving to be less efficient as we would like.
MAGNIFICENT TOOL FOR PROJECTS
