What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and highly customizeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just a few minor bugs in My Work view that could improve workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our fully remote team plan, manage and collaborate on projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the interface, options, and most of all ease of automation. It's also very easily shareable to people inside and outside our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the complexity of your business, each data point can have many many columns. It creates an slightly overwhelming experiance especially for new users that didnt build it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our business, allowing us to track all of our projects and status and share our status, as well as collect info with shareable forms.

What do you like best about the product?
The complexity of how I can set reminders for myself, and tag others in projects/reminders. I use it daily for things as small as a to-do list to large-scale projects. Once the platform is set up it is easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very difficult to integrate and set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our projects are in one place, the entire team can easily see where each team member is tracking on their progress.

What do you like best about the product?
I've seen monday.com be used for many business as well as personal projects and it provides a very organized and easy to navigate system for keeping up with projects details. I really like how you can connect google calendar to monday.com forms! It makes our workflow ten times easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that there's no ability to edit a monday.com form once it is submitted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us keep track of every project in each stage that it's in and archives them once they are completed which gives us a great view of how we've been working and how we can improve our systems.

Good Platform to Collaborate with Team Members

What do you like best about the product?
easily able to collaborate back and forth with team members. Tools in place to customize views, Gantt charts, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to see other team board unless I have access. Sometimes I am shared things from the marketing team that I need to see, but unable to without full access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of different projects, current status, and who is currently assigned to the items

What do you like best about the product?
It's super convenient and modern to use in the office. I can easily prioritise my tasks for the day, set a deadine for each task, specify the client I'm managing tasks with and keep the track of progression of the project with simple status updates. It's also helpful for upcoming projects tracking and to make sure nothing stays behind my attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the mobile app version isn't as good as the desktop one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us all from making separate notes in the team. Also, the opportunity of tagging each other on the project status and having a small conversations there saves us the need to have another app for separate chats. It's especially convenient for WFH teams, as you can quickly check whatever you need without the need to setting up a call.

As a project manager in advertising, we connected Monday to Jira, however this has not always been easy or 100% compatible.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Monday.com across several of our offices, and it has become an essential tool for managing both our inventory and marketing campaigns. Its customizable boards, automation features and clear visual layouts help streamline workflows and provide excellent visibility over ongoing tasks and stock levels. Overall, Monday.com has significantly improved our efficiency and communication, allowing us to stay organized and agile in a fast-paced environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
When bulk-selecting multiple items, it's unfortunate that updates cannot be applied to all selected entries at once — certain updates still need to be made manually, one by one. This can be time-consuming and interrupts workflow efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to customize labels as well as add documents to each item. This helps me keep things categorized by type of item and also its importance. Then with the documents attached, my team always access to what we are working on and they can make changes as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the calendar could show entire titles. I find it hard to know what is going on in a quick look without clicking on each individual item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is keeping me organised in my tasks. Everything is in one place, with documents attached to items with due dates and options for notes. This way, I don't need to search for everything or figure out when things are due. I can also collaborate with my students and they can have access to their work and can add items for themselves. I can not only track my progress but theirs as well.
