I use monday every day! The most helpful thing about monday is the organization skils. the upside it probably the new AI integration. its so cool and easy to use!

I wish monday was more integrated with my other platforms now that there is AI. but really not much else, its a great program.

its fully organizing our email calendar and daily task list.

A simple customizable tool that accommodates any workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that most impressed me about Monday is how versatile it is. It's simple to navigate but extremely powerful in what it can do, and flexible enough to accommodate various workflows within a single tool. We use it as both a CRM and Project Management tool. Being able to have everything in one place and give free view only access to key stakeholders is a game changer. Not to mention we're saving over $3,000 a year compared to our previous CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is how cumbersome setting up some automations can be. But they're continually improving this expereince.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the tracking of lead to deals and their associated revenue.
Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
In HR, we’re far more than just paper pushers, despite what some might think. In the Professional Employment Organization (PEO) sector, we manage HR for multiple clients, each with unique needs requiring tailored approaches and training. Using Monday.com has significantly enhanced our team's ability to meet project deadlines, follow up on tasks, and brainstorm future initiatives. It has been an incredible boost to our productivity. Monday makes prioritizing tasks extremely easy and it helps me stay on top of my deliverables.

The different boards work well with each other, we utilise Monday boards for our daily tasks, it's very easy to use.

The App sometimes runs a little slow, but overall no complaints

I love having everything in one site and so easily accessible and organized.

I have not found anything I dont like yet.

It solves the back and forth between co-workers to allow everyone to communicate in one spot.
Works really well to manage all of our projects across our company.

I dislike some of the templates that are avaible but overall good product.

This has put all of our company events and some budgeting items all in one place. It is nice to have a single source to see all projects and expenses for items.

Monday.com keeps me and my department organized whether is ongoing projects, iniatives or just tracking of expirables and clients.

I wish that the dashboard feature was easier to use.
