What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to continue updating a specific work order as well as the ability to attach files. I use it everyday for my current job. I can integrate whatever I need to communicate to different departments. I haven't needed any customer support yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are a lot of information presented at once and it takes a little bit of reading to understand what I am looking at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to check status of ordered parts that I previosuly had to contact people to findout.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to use, customize, and share info amongst different processes throughout the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few times I've wanted to filter data very specifically, and the capability from monday wasn't there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our prior CRM didn't have the ability to data share / customize specifically for people within our organization's job. Monday.com allows us to all input and track data how is best for our roles and allows us the opportunity to work together collaboratively.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to operate and navigate. Lots of different program features, very personalizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to contact someone specialized to have more complex functions if you need them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me keep track of all of my upcoming events and my progress.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday.com daily. It has helped my company track the life cycle of our clients from the initial sales conversation, to signing an official agreement, to Onboarding, to project management, to eventual LOI signing and to the eventual sale of the company.

It has also helped us to create Human Resources forms so that we can track Time Off Requests, Reimbursement Requests, etc.

The platform makes it relatively easy to move pieces of information from one board to another and from one workspace to another.

Monday.com also offers helpful "automations" that allow the platform to send automated email alerts to team members when a task has been updated or completed. The "automations" integrate with many platforms that we already use (Gmail, Google Drive, Zoom), which is also extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to offer sub-items within sub-items. Right now, when creating items within a group, we can only go one sub-item deep. We aren't able to create sub-items beneath sub-items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automations that Monday.com offers are very helpful in that they can be set up to automatically alert team members when a task has been updated or is complete.

What do you like best about the product?
Organizing my day-to-day tasks and collaborating with teammates. I use it every day and wouldn't do without it, replacing paper very well and at least it keeps track of everything done. You can easily integrate other apps into it and attach the relevant documents to each task. It is super easy to use and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you set a column to be sorted by date it does not save it, I have to click on it everyday so it sorts my tasks in order of deadline urgency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Put documents available to teammates in one place and attach to the relevant task/project. Helps me stay organized and see my tasks in order of urgency.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about monday.com is how it streamlines and organizes the process behind project management. Its intuitive interface and the customization of boards make managing projects much more efficient. It feels like using an advanced Excel, but with many more features and better data visualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main issue with monday.com is that many of its most appealing features depend on third-party content, which often requires additional payments. This can significantly increase the cost of using the platform, especially for small businesses or individual users. Also, some third-party add-ons don't always integrate seamlessly, which can complicate the workflow instead of simplifying it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is primarily solving the issue of project management complexity in my workflow. Its intuitive interface and customizable boards have allowed for a more streamlined organization of tasks, deadlines, and team collaboration. This has led to improved efficiency and clearer communication within my team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact there is an organised dashboard to keep track of my tasks with details about who wants the task done, who it is assigned to, updates and related media.

The upside of monday.com is that the entire organisation can stay in sync about the different tasks that are being carried out by the members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say dislike but there could be a feature where the manager/team lead can let the entire organisation know when a team member has done a good job, just to keep the spirits high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There could be lots of confusion within the team about the tasks that are complete, in progress or on hold due to various reasons. Managing a 25-30 member company's tasks on manual spreadsheets could prove to be very tricky. Monday is solving that very effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for an easy to use, low implmentation cost tool to support the project management needs of our organization. After evaluating several tools, we chose Monday.com. It easily integrated with our security needs. The usage by our teams is much higher than anticipated due to the form and function of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of information available to support. More search access points to the data would be helpful.
