What do you like best about the product?
Being about to us charts to see what you've spent your time on.

I haven't found a place that will walk me through learning Monday quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the problem of making sure I'm on task by allowing me to see what I've been doing over the course of the day.
An essential tool for any team
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is incredibly helpful in helping me to organise my work from daily tasts to monthly reoccuring ones. It is also useful in helping track how long I spend on each task. It's a great tool to be able to see what my team members are working on too so we know we're all on track and it's incredibly handy being able to share files with each other. All members of our team use Monday.com every day and have found it to help our productivity and organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be handy to have some kind of reminder/notification feature that reminds users they have left a time tracker running as it's easy to forget to switch them off, especially when switching between different boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps our team members keep their work organised. It's a great tool when collaborating on projects and is essential when we're working on large campaigns with many tasks included in them, such as Black Friday, to ensure nothing is missed. It's great to be able to share files and notes with other team members as this makes collaboration incredibly easy. The My Work feature is also handy when planning out a work day.
Nice visual alternative to understanding project timelines
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect with other systems, the options for visual representations of work. It's also easy to use and to collaborate with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have a specific issue, but im sure with more use I will find issues. My company is using two systems to track projects so the issues mostly come up about how these two spaces are used internally, not with the program itself.

Monday is really clear and easy to use, you can personalize it in many ways to make it work how you want it

Oragnization. Without Monday, I would be lost due to the volume of customers that I work. As I have lots of different groups, times and dates, it helps me stay on track with my customers and not miss or lose potnetial clients.
Makes the complex simple
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Monday.com makes an overwhelming amount of information, simple to use. We run dozens of projects simultaneously and there's no way we can keep everything in our head, on scrappy bits of paper or disparate spreadsheets.
Without Monday.com we'd be lost in a sea of information and our customer service would be terrible.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish the intergrations were better. I'd love it if you could talk to float.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of project progress and ensures our customers get the best results with nothing slipping through the net.

Great way to keep on top of your tasks with your colleauges as well as your own to do lists!

Could have more personal features ie themes etc
